The motor stopped working correctly on our 14KW Generac Generator. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty. MS Solar ordered the replacement motor at the end of Oct 2024. At the end of Dec 2024, we still had no probable delivery date on the motor. At my request, one of the co-owners called me to discuss the situation and promised to keep me updated on the status.
