She was terrible on suction and I could tell Dr Thomas was getting aggravated with her. She barely told me anything after they pulled it on what to do once I got home. She shoved gauze in my cheek, missing the extraction site completely. When I left the building, I had a giant piece of tissue, blood, and tooth bone all mixed together in my cheek that I had to spit out. My tooth wasn't easy to pull kind of giving me some trauma on how heavy handed they had to be with it. I guess if I could choose to be knocked out for an extraction, I will do that. I don't really want to go through that again. Everyone else at his practice was nice and comforting. But I will request that Vanessa does not have anything to do with my teeth. She was not friendly and seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Customer service is perfect, literally so great, I absolutely feel so comfortable emotionally AND physically. He was very accommodating to my needs- went so far as to get me a blanket while I laid on the machine that stretches my neck (the best thing everrrrr!!) because I was cold in the room. The adjustments are just what I needed, and I felt completely comfortable during that. Very accommodating with writing a note for work with all the right words that fit my specific needs and situation. There was also a blond girl who massaged my neck and she was very kind and sweet!
