Hats, watches, accessories, shine on! It was the clothes that threw me. First of all, you may not bring any other jewelry/accessories into what I dubbed the MILF department. It was all bedazzled clothes, seen on several ladies of a certain age that have children and want to dress a specific way. I literally cannot have a problem with this because it sounds like me someday. They've taken Ed Hardy to the Bling level and their themes are Skulls, Crosses, Fleur De Lis, Flowers and Sports items, seriously, if you're a sports mom they've got your thing. Head down into the basement and you'll find coolers with a nice selection of local brews, some comfy furniture to hang out on, and a TV that will likely have whatever sporting event is currently going on, on display. There are also some antiques for sale down there, and several games available to play if you want to hang out. It kind of feels like visiting a really cool friend that happens to have some industry standard fridges in their basement. I almost always forget this exists until I happen upon it again, but if you're in the area around happy hour, I think this spot would be an amazing place to start out a night in Weston.

They had several big stores such as Dillard's, DSW. Barnes & Noble, Dicks, and Old Navy. There are many other branded and local small stores too such as Roots KC, Torrid, VS, AE, Sephora and more. Among dining spots I was surprised to see a Mochinut store. There were also Buffalo Wild Wings, Cold Store, Ihop, Outback, Red Robin, Subway, Smokehouse BBQ, among the well known brands. We spent some good family time here shopping and dining. All the places we stopped by had friendly service. Priced varied depending on store types. The area seemed safe and clean. Overall a really good place to visit outside of KC downtown area.

I tried on a few pairs and left with a pair of Durangos...this was the first time in the store. The second time, I wanted to see if those ankle boots were still on sale. It pleased me cause they were...oh and the sandals with silver beads were on sale. I'm not normally much of a shoe person, either. They have boot services too, stretching and other services. So, I get 2 pair of jeans that are $19/piece. Take them up to the lady to check out. See that the BOGO wasn't applied, and tell her so. She says that because the jeans are already on sale for $19, it doesn't qualify for the BOGO sale. I say, "Except the sign says everything." So I turn to my husband and ask him to see if there're more words on there that I missed. To which he looks and replies with a yes. I tell her, "Okay, well...that's actually pretty misleading." She goes, "Yeah, I get it...that's why we make sure to tell everyone when they walk in." I tell her nobody said anything like that to us when we walked in, then pay for my belongings and walk over to my husband who is standing by some shirts. Next thing I know, I can hear her making fun of me for not knowing that those exclusions applied. Maybe you should teach your employees that if they HAVE to talk shit, they should do so AFTER the customer has left. This is one reason why brick and mortar stores are going out of business. The booths flow very nicely throughout all three floors. There are a few booths which are 'pinterest gone crazy', but for the most part, their things are fairly 'classic' looks, even if they are pinterest inspired. Customer service isn't too bad; some will ignore you, others will actively offer to help you without being pushy. There was ONE booth on FF that the vendor was more concerned about her clique and social activity than the customers who were trying to look at the items, so I ended up skipping it. Sadly, it's a booth for a store that I just love at their retail site. This will always be on my list to stop in.

Visited the new location on The Plaza, zero customer service. Not once during our time in the store…read moredid someone say hello or welcome us. There were about six ladies working. One sat on a computer talking to the group of girls standing at a table talking. No one was walking around the store offering assistance to customers. (There were about 15-20 in the store.) When my mom tried to engage the group of ladies talking they had nothing to do with it. Their response was "Ha.." and then went back to their conversation. A customer was ready to checkout and the group of girls continued on with their conversation and one of them widened their eyes and pointed to the cash register with her head. Two of the girls walked away and the one left behind went to checkout the customer. I had something in my hand to buy and put it away. Terrible customer service.
