Its was not mentioned to me nor did I ask. And expect "price gouging" to be in effect. Upon my request to return my necklace, I was told first thing, you agreed to pay the amount. And yes I did. But they were not interested in why I wanted to return it, (I guess because it didn't matter). It was at least $500 more than The highest priced exact same thing, I could find on the Internet from other retailers. She told me if I paid cash, i could save tax. And as I was leaving to get the cash, she added $50 to the total she told be for the necklace -But after i returned and asked her why, she removed the $50. (she didnt bother to explain why when I asked ). Apparently they do not understand the value of a satisfied "returning"customer or dont care. I guess the word "traders" in there Business name should have tipped me off. Plus, I guess I'm a little disappointed for the reason that I thought I had found jewelry store I can trust to not take advantage of me. Perhaps it doesn't exist anymore. When I arrived I had to make sure I was in the correct spot. There's no permanent signage yet, but they had a sign in the window and a board outside with business information. I expected this since they are new to the area. However, when I walked in I was a little taken aback by my experience. Considering there were a couple of people in the store, but nothing that would be considered overly busy. It was awkward to be there for 15-20 minutes and no one even attempted to speak to me or acknowledge that I was there. They have a hat bar, a jewelry bar, and a permanent jewelry station. You can customize your pieces with different charms, feathers, etc. They also have some premade items for purchase. I wish them the best with their new location and I hope they can resolve the issue of customer engagement and service.

She didn't follow up with an 'Ok, well I'm blah-blah-blah, if you need help let me know,' or 'Our current sales are this...' or 'Have you been here before?' ... nothing. It was so awkward because I was the only person (besides her) in the store. There's no music or anything & you can literally hear each one of my steps as I mosey through the store, browsing. Very trendy, not outrageously overpriced, that of which you'd expect from a boutique. But the service, (if that's what you want to call it) was was nonexistent. In her defense, I was in a sweatshirt, running shorts and flip flops- hardly looked like I belonged in such a trendy store, but still no excuse for such poor service (and you shouldn't judge people on appearance, if that was the case). She has some of the cutest items in the store ranging from jewelry to shoes. There is always the latest trends within this store! There are also some basic pieces that can add to your closet. The pricing is typical of a small boutique but there are good sales! I have purchased several items from here & have found that the quality of the clothing was great. The items are discounted and most things are really good quality. Last time I was there we got a 25 lb kettlebell for $20, some named brand face cream that was $4, and my husband got some Monster headphones he was really excited about for $40. Unfortunately when we got back to our family's house only one headphone worked. We took it back and I was pleasantly surprised that the return process was seamless. We will continue to go back when we are in town and see what deals we can find.

I think some prices are good but others aren't that great so you have to be ready to spend some time looking. It's just not very organized. Maybe they try but it's not. But when you run across something you really want, that's fun! One huge issue is no dressing rooms. They say you can return but it's about a 40 minute drive for me each way so it would be much better if I could try on before I buy. The last time I was there, I literally got in the corner of the store and tried on everything over my clothes and my partner took a photo so I could get an idea of what it looked like on me even with my clothes underneath. I got paranoid at one point because they have a lot of plain clothed security in there and I was worried they might think I was up to something but I was rather conspicuous so I'd be a really stupid criminal. Lol BUT, I liked everything I tried on so that's a positive for Cargo Largo! I also had an item in my cart with a red sticker on it as a markdown. The item was still about $30 but it rang up for over almost at $50. The guy ringing me up looked it up by the date they received it (May of 2025) and said the price on the ticket was wrong so he called over the manager. At first she told me she wouldn't honor the price on the ticket but then she said she would. I thanked her and I got the idea she really had to go by this date system but that's not cool. If you make an error, you should honor the price. And you've had the item in your store for 5 months so reducing it $15 to sell it isn't crazy. Again, in the end I got it for that price and I appreciate the manager's help, but it was a bit embarrassing having to feel like I'm haggling when the tag clearly stated that price. If it weren't for that incident, the lack of dressing rooms, and the intimidating presence of the security (you can definitely spot them even in plain clothes), I would rate them higher. I'll still go back because I do find cute things there.
