Came in with the intention of finding a dress for a formal work event and got nothing but rude glares from the woman working. Obviously the dresses in the store are very high quality hence why my friend and I went in. Automatically it was assumed we could not afford the dresses in the store and that we needed a parents permission(both of us are 20+). Even after clarifying the interaction was less than welcoming so we took our business elsewhere. read more

Unfortunately, what was once a delightful experience has changed since they moved to a larger, busier location. Much less personal experience. Additionally, like other formal wear boutiques, the selection of dresses for any size larger than a small (maybe a medium), is difficult to find. We went in today not knowing if we would find something that my daughter would love for her Prom. She is petite and does not like a lot of sequence and wanted something fitted. I came here a few weeks ago seeking a dynamite dress for a huge awards ceremony honoring my husband. I thought for sure I would have to go in to Hollywood or Beverly Hills to find a suitable dress, but my friend told me about a new place that had just opened recently in SCV. Probably one of the rudest people I've ever talked to on the phone. I was in pageants my whole life and I have a lot of ball gowns. I was looking for places to recycle my dresses because some were custom made, gorgeous, and only worn once. I have no use for them anymore so I called as asked very politely if they take/recycle other ball gowns. I've never heard someone so put out from asking a question before.
