He kept the process moving, advocated for better pricing, had everything ready about a week before closing, and even sent us a thoughtful housewarming gift. My only concern was that we had to present competing estimates twice before receiving their best rate and closing costs. First Meridian Mortgage offered the lowest rate, but Brice had already done most of the work and fought to improve our terms, so we stayed with Veterans United. I would recommend them, but veterans should obtain several official loan estimates beyond Navy Federal and USAA and compare rates, fees, points, and lender credits before committing.
