They are still sending her mail. My father is also on the account, but they keep sending it addressed to my deceased mother. My father is in his 80s and couldn't figure out how to use their online system. I was helping him. They made it almost impossible for him to use it. We decided to end our relationship with them and asked them to remit any monies or tell us how much we owed on the credit line. I called them over and over and finally they gave me an amount. We paid it and thought it was over. We JUST received a bill from them for $5.57. They threaten further recovery. It's amazing!! And yes, they addressed this mail to my deceased mother AGAIN. Please, there are plenty of good banks out there. Do not use this negligent firm.

We have had accounts with Missouri Credit Union since 2005. They've been adequate, though we've…read morehad to turn to other banks for loans because of the difficulty of MO CU. The customer service is exclusively remote and has been for some time, which makes all but the most basic banking impossible. Today I was working on my mortgage application with a more reliable institution we use for credit needs. Our Missouri Credit Union account is the only account we own across multiple brokerages and institutions that would not link. I called MO CR and spoke with a person named Sierra/Ciara who VERY rudely told me that they do NOT work with outside institutions. A call to our more reliable lender verified that this is true and well known. Do not bank with MO Credit Union if you need anything more than a simple checking account. They offer high interest rates on loans, turn down simple loans for even people with good credit, and when you go through an outside lender, they WILL REFUSE to verify your holdings. Do not let the "Credit Union" label make you believe this is a reputable institution.
