I paid close to $50 +a$5.00 tip (because you tip before you see the finished product) to have an interior/exterior car wash Including additional charge to clean my mats. When I got home and opened the doors, the lower part of every door was still filthy with dirt. The mats were wet and still full of dirt. I went to Mister Car Wash this morning to wash off what looked like a milk shake thrown on the side of my car. While vacuuming I noticed that the milk shake wash still there. My car was not clean. When I spoke to the person there, he said essentially, too bad. You bought the base wash so there is nothing I can do. Why offer a base wash if it doesn't clean your car? I have been a monthly member with Mister since I bought my car in February of 2023, I had enjoyed their services until recently when they had rough housed my seat and broke it and didn't take responsibility for it as I waited for hours for a tow truck until they tried fixing it. They broke my driver seat, and I drive a two door vehicle and it was stuck in a sliding position very unsafe to drive after paying almost $400 to get it fixed since it's my only driving vehicle I have not heard back from them and this happened almost a month ago! Just finished having all the ice and snow melt from my truck after the most recent snow storm. The cinder used to help with traction and other levels of dirt were highly visible and time to get it cleaned off. The business wasn't busy so I figured in and out in no time. I wasn't wrong. They've changed it up since last time. The lobby wasn't open so we had to ride thru the car wash. We were directed to the spot where the interior was cleaned. And although i like the complimentary coffee, popcorn, and now trash bags...I was disappointed with today's service because it seemed so halfway done. There was a lot of dust left on my dash and radio face, along with remaining grime in my door panels. I've been coming here about once a month for a year and recently weekly since hubby got me the unlimited wash. They're always pleasant and quick so I have no complaint. Love that they have coffee and popcorn. It's our weekly ritual after church and my daughter loves to "spray" the cars as they move on by (and the popcorn). This is the most disappointing "platinum" wash with interior I've experienced in 20 plus years of driving. The exterior- they didn't do anything to the windows or what they did do was nominal- you can still see the water spots and a few bug splotches. The interior? They vacuumed the floors, and then wiped about 1/2 the dashboard. They left streaks and dust everywhere and I even had to say "can I have a wet cloth" so I could wipe off something. As soon as I reached my next destination I had to pull out wipes and clean what they missed because the dashboard conditioner was shiny and threw all the not wiped down areas into perspective. I was told by the attendant that if I went with the premium package, my rims would be cleaned and my tires shined. So, I went with that package. Well, unfortunately, the rims were sparingly wiped down, as was the rest of the car. Although the staff were kind and timely, from start to finish I was there 33 minutes. Beware of taking your prized vehicle through any of their car washes. I took my truck in to get washed and noticed my mirror turn signal lenses were broken. I had just unscrewed my antenna before the car wash and would've noticed them broken before hand. I filed a claim and was contacted 3 days later saying they were damaged prior and their cameras showed it. I asked to see the video footage and was denied! Seems a little fishy to me. If they had nothing to hide and it showed clear evidence then I couldn't say anything about it. Stand behind your company and service Mister Car Wash. Very disappointed to say the least. Absolutely frustrated with the service that I received today. 1) "Monthly" for $54? I think not. When I was upsold on this plan, it was not mentioned that it was monthly. I know, but it was so cheap! Kinda my bad but more theirs. 2) I got into my car when they said it was done. Yikes! Vents weren't dusted, between the seat and the console was not vacuumed, the dash was not done properly, the cupholders were not cleaned and the top of the center console was not cleaned. 3) I circled around to complain about the poor job and they said "we will send it through again with a quality control." 4) When I got into my car after the "quality control" I found that: between the seat and the console was still not vacuumed, the cupholders were still not cleaned and the top of the center console was still not cleaned AND the back window was a smear of circles. I pulled out $17 and before I could dig for change she told.me it was $18. I asked her how she came up with that figure when she just told me $17 and change. I've got to admit that their normal car wash services are way more expensive than what Octopus used to charge and frankly speaking ain't any better. Not sure why they would charge us much more. However, the quality shines when it comes to body detailing and waxing. Of course in order for you to see the differences, you'd have to pay 150 plus for those services, which is also more expensive than what I used to pay with octopus. They really need to do research and understand their customer base here in New Mexico before they come in and pretend to be the whole box of chicken whilst in fact they ain't nothing more than just the tiny whimsy wings. read more
