I just got the membership used it once in two weeks. It is a little pricey not sure if I'm going to stay with it.

I love the FREE vacuums and that there's no pressure on getting a car wash. Although the price is a bit high but worth it. It's definitely gets the job done! read more

I've never been to Mister Car Wash, it was on my way to work and it was finally nice enough outside to get my car washed. I pull in and see that there's no cash slots. I ask the attendant if they are cashless, she even seemed unsure of the answer. I then asked if it's advertised anywhere on the building or outside of the bay that they're cashless, she then proceeded to tell me that she's not sure and I can only do debit or credit. Took my new Porsche Macan here 5 days after I brought home from dealership. It damaged the front driver side and rear driver side wheels. Making them look like they had curb rash. I reported it, they took photos and said someone would call me. They called me and told me that the damage was not consistent with their car wash. I know for 100% certainty the car wash did this to the wheels, as I went over them specifically prior to going through the car wash. I expressed this to them and they told me they would have a district manager call me but that he was going to tell me the same thing. What a joke of a business! I will do everything in my power to make sure they don't get business from anyone I know. read more

Worst car wash ever for the money. We got the best car wash and it cost over $27. They don't clean the interior anymore. They don't clean the rims and tires anymore. And they don't have people drying the car to keep it from having spots. We hadn't been there in a while and we will never go back. I could have got the exact same car wash at Kwik Trip for less than a quarter of the price. This place sucks now and it used to be the best car wash around. And the worst part is my van isn't even clean! After going back in and reading all the reviews, I wish I would have checked them first and saved my $27.30. read more

I was in the area and have an unlimited membership at Mister Car Wash, and since my car was in desperate need of a wash, decided drop by to get it washed. It's a bit of a different set up than other locations I've been to. For one, there's no automated gate. You simply drive into the car wash and an employee will scan your membership barcode. If you're not a member, you would then arrange for payment with the employee but a word of warning, I think it's a debit/credit card only situation. Aside from the initial oddness (only odd because it's a bit different than what I'm accustomed to), it was your usual automatic car wash. One nice thing, everything worked. We've been to so many automatic car washes where the undercarriage wash didn't deploy or the tire shine or...something. It seems like there's always something that isn't 100%. Not here! Everything worked wonderfully. At the end, employees hand dried our car which was a nice touch that we also don't typically see at other locations, and off you go! One more final note: this location doesn't have any vacuums. Not sure if that's something they'll be getting in the future, but for now, it's more of a drive in for a quick, efficient, and effective wash and drive back out again. Get to it! read more

This place sucks. They have half of their entrances blocked off with cones with no signage telling you where to go. I bought the medium-price wash, was given no receipt, no idea what wash I actually got. Seemed to be identical to the car in front of me. Did they also order the medium price wash? Or are they just charging three different, inflated prices for the same drive through the soap tunnel? Not even an attendant at the end to dry off your car. I got home and the outside of my car was covered in water stains and dried soap droplets. Literally never again. Probably the nicest part is the vacuuming area, but half of the vacuums have very weak suction. Overall just an extremely unpleasant experience. read more

The brushes damaged my ford emustang with a long mark down the side from the brushes. I reported the damage right away and mgmt took pictures and my information. They called me back later after their review of the pictures and claimed it was not from their car wash. Funny I had only car washed this car because of my concerns of paint finish damage. It has only had two car washed , both a this location. They do not stand behind this damage caused by their wash. Beware. I am only writing this because the same company in Utah damaged my running boards on my pickup truck that was pulled off by their wash and stopped the line until the running board was picked up by their employee. They check on the cost to repair and declined to cover the cost to fix. I was out of state and follow up with legal action would have been a hard process. This car wash appears to be under new owners. I wondered when I got there on a beautiful day why there was no line... it's because it's nothing more than an automated overpriced car wash. You'll get the same was for $6-8 less at the Kwik Trip and that one even gives you 90 seconds to dry vs. the 45 with this one and the two guys barely waving a rag around your car. Though they did tell me that within the month there won't be guys with rags, just blowers. Save your money or go visit the previous owners who do a great job in Tosa or franklin. read more

Several of vacuums are clogged and there is no clothes or spray to clean indoor windows and or wipe down dashboards and doors .

This is the worst car wash I've ever experienced. The dryer system is so ineffective that your car remains wet with lots of water beads on all surfaces. Then because they must not be using a pure mineral / soft water rinse, every one of the thousands of drops becomes a strong hard water spot. My car looked much worse after their wash than it did before. People need to know about this. I'm out the $7 but more aggravated at needing to go elsewhere and pay to have the car washed again. What a joke. This is not a car wash. No air dryer, no vacuums and no towels. Don't waste your time. Bootleg operation.

I just went to the .ister car wash in brookfield and it was a very bad experience. When I came out of the car wash my car was soaking wet. No one was these to dry off the car. Luckily I had a towel in the car and was able to dry it off. I expected better service. When I went back around d to ask why the dryer didn't dry my car off I was told that there was a sign saying that because of covid there wasn't anyone to dry the cars off. The district manager removed the sign. Telling.customers about that. If I would of k own i would have gone elsewhere. Never will I go back there!!!! read more

I have unlimited membership. They recently put in all new equipment. Went through and there was an approximately 2' x 2' area in the back that was noticeably dirty. Pointed it out to the attendant and she told me to go through a 2nd time. It was still there. I then as a man if he could wipe it off with a towel. He informed me he had no towels as someone took them home to wash them. So I, 67 year old woman, had to find a towel in my trunk and do it myself! May be time to cancel my membership and go elsewhere. read more

Poor quality and customer service. No towel dry at end of car wash cycle and insufficient water to clean off dirt completely. 1-2 workers on staff max so they are under staffed. read more

I have to agree with other one star ratings. Previous owned full service was a much better value. I can go to local gas station for better service. It's no longer full service. No interior cleaning. I did let the manager know i won't be returning and there was very little concern. And yes it was a ghost town. Didn't have to wait. That should have been a sign. Can not recommend here read more

We thought we would try this out because we have been very busy and the way our house is set up it's difficult to wash our cars at home. We went for the unlimited wash thinking it was a deal. Well it would be if they were every open. Their ours say they are open but when we get there it is closed . Great way to run a scam. read more

I was a monthly club member for old business FSCW, payin for full service. While I understand a different ownership means change.. Mister is missing the mark here. -No pre-wash with a pressure wand -No full service upgrade option -No vacuums -No floor mat cleaning upcharge option The above were your decisions Mister and for that you will see your success and/or failure in your own time. My review is not based on your business decisions is it about the execution of your own decisions. Your employees drying cars look to be the most unhappy and uncaring, the "sales person" who comes out to review the wash options are disinterested and rude. I have decided to try this location 5 times due to convenience and out of willingness to give Mister a try after each previous bad experience, however they never got better. One of the sales people even pushed for a monthly wash "it's only a few dollars more and you can come as much as you want". I told him that "I'm sorry but without a full service option, vacuums, mat service or available other services I would look for other locations". His response "well buddy, good luck finding that around here" as he turned and walked away. I'm sorry that I won't be visiting your facility, it was convenient and you have a great location with great opportunity. Every business can have a bad apple.. But given the overall demeanor, I don't feel talking to management is worth anyone's efforts...... Attitude reflects leadership. read more

The dryers at this location are AWFUL and do not dry the car even close to sufficiently which defeats the purpose of even getting a car wash. This has happened several times and management knows how bad they are. Mister car wash is a fine brand and I enjoy their other locations, but I would not go here again until they resolve this issue. The full service carwash at this location used to be one of the busiest car washes in the state, but then along came Mister Carwash (really creative name there fellas). I went there yesterday (10/26/19) and it was a ghost town. Why? This once booming full service car wash is now a crappy gas-station-style drive thru car wash. Where there were 6 people doing inside cleaning, windows, floormats, etc there are now two minimum wage lackeys taking your $18 (yes, $18 for a drive thru car wash) and doing a half-assed job drying your car. Mister Carwash, your business model at this location is idiotic - did you not understand this was the only full service car wash in about a 20 mile radius? I used to drive 12 miles to get my cars washed there - now I have at least two other drive thru car washes that are closer, less expensive and a better experience. Where do you think I'll go from now on, business genius? Judging from the emptiness of it, your new business model will be a lesson how fast new ownership can run a business into much deserved bankruptcy. read more

This place is total garbage. It's over priced just for a regular car wash and they don't clean the inside the the old place did. I'll give this place another couple of months before they go out of business. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Do not waste your time going to this place. They do not honor previous owners plans of which I had $150 in the account. Very snotty about it to. They do not vacuum your car either or pre spray it. When I pulled up he said the way your car looks you need the platinum. $18.99. It's a new car and and barely dirty. Thats the best way to invite a new customer by insulting them. Don't waste your time unless you like being treated poorly. Go to jillys down the road for half the price. They also clean your car better. read more
