I've had no issues with this Mister Car Wash location. It's one of the better locations that I've visited, with include Sanford, Lake Mary, and Altamonte Springs. The staff is friendly and helpful. All of my one on one interactions with staff have been very pleasant. This location seems to be open when I need them. It's a spacious property with ample amounts of vacuums. The only few drawbacks that I would say is: some of the vacuums don't work or the suction is low, the air blowers don't dry your car very good, and I would love those small air hoses that blow compressed air for those hard to reach places. Great car wash great value for the monthly service. Free vacuum. Tire cleaner does a wonderful job. This would be the perfect car wash if they offered towels and window cleaner at the end with the vacuum. Car comes out clean and shiny. read more

I cannot believe the experience that I have had with this company and their management. This company did SERIOUS damage to my car on the hood, roof, and trunk by DEEPLY scratching the paint along the entire top. I was a member of this car wash company and received multiple car washes from them only to realize that they were causing damage to my car EVERYTIME that I went. When I took my car back to the car wash I frequented and told them of the damage, the General Manager told me that "This is a large company. We are not afraid to pay for any damages that we cause to any cars." Only to then try to tell me that the damage they caused to may car was not from them and must have been from something else. I have never gotten my car washed at any other car wash and just before they damaged my car, I had paid $300 to get it professionally detail and waxed. I was told by the general manager that if I could get a professional to look at the car and have them tell me that the car wash was the cause of the damage, that they could take my claim and fix my car (possibly). He just kept repeating "We are a large company and we are not afraid to pay for any damages we cause to cars." That statement was obviously not true. I took my car to a professional and as he took a look at it and tested the damage to see if he could buff it out, he told me that it was undeniable from a machine car wash and that I would have to spend $500-$600 to get my car repainted. I then took this information back to the General Manager that I had previously spoken to only for him to tell me that he had already closed out my case and denied my claim. He told me that I will now have to take this above him to corporate. That is exactly what I am going to do. This car wash caused substantial damage to my car, tried to place the blame on my detailer (which I have photographic proof that my car was in perfect condition after he detailed it), and then refused to fix the damage that they have done to my car. Do not go here. You will end up having to pay substantially in the long run. read more

Was waaaaay better when it had previous owners. Now they do not clean inside cars. Plus, the have the most aggressive salespeople who keep pushing their dumb monthly car wash subscription. Literally drive 10 mins out of my way to avoid this place and go to Splash. read more

New owners and entirely different setup, doesn't appear they do detailing any longer and there is no tipping. Free vacuums are a nice touch and there is a monthly offer which is a good deal if you go at least once a week. A lot less staff but place appears to be clean and well kept. first i want to say THANK YOU STEVEN!!! my husband vacuumed up his wedding ring we literally thought we lost it forever. We ask the manager to see if he would find it not thinking he actually would get out his way to look but we gave it a shot, we called later that night to find out that he actually DID!!!!
