We have other carwashes closer to us but this one's just the best for the value, gives our vehicles the best kind of clean, great vacuums, and the attendants that are there to hit some of the hard spots do a really great job. There is also a pre-wash station so you can scrub some of those spots so they have a time to soak which is really great and makes it easier for the Attendant as well so that they can hit really hard spots that didn't loosen for you so you get a better wash overall. So, the Altamonte stopped having microfiber towels to dry your car off with for the monthly members. The young man working the wash tunnel said they will give each customer (2) towels to take home and wash themselves because they can no longer provide them for daily use because so many were being stolen. I'm disappointed in the people that are taking their microfiber towels but it's unrealistic to think that I am going to remember to wash and put these towels back into my van every week. Not very convenient and that was the whole point of the the monthly membership - the additional perks and convenience. Maybe if they gave members (4) then I could wash two and have two in the van ready for my next visit. The last 2x I've gone to wash my van the wash tunnel has been closed, only the vacuuming area was available. Today when I went, all the signage had been changed. What I really don't like about it is that it's NOT contactless.. so if you have dirt & tiny pieces of gravel on your car.. it just gets swished around by the wiper rags & that unfortunately scratches the paint. I upgraded my purchase upon recommendation from an employee to include a "tire shine" for an additional price/ higher wash package. Thoroughly disappointed as the tire shine machine barely covered 1/4 of the my tire - looks terrible and not what I paid for. Management needs to check the shine levels on their machine and refill as needed. No complaints for the body wash, but beware of the tire shine "upgrade"! Really like this place. Easy system in and out. Offer self-service bug scrubbing area easily accessible at the entrance, and free vacuum (do it yourself of course). I get the Epic wash which is about $18, so decided to get the membership which is $34 go as many times as you want- great deal. If you are a member, they have an area dedicated to members with additional perks including towels, glass cleaner and tire shine solution. I have been here quite a few times and always found it to be quick and of fair price. I recently purchased an unlimited service for one month. I asked if this would be a reoccurring charge to which the attendant responded no. I was a bit irked to see that I was being charged again the following month so we attempted to call them to get the charges reversed and cancelled going forward. No answer and with a full mailbox- this has not changed in several months. So we drove to the car wash and asked them to cancel the charges going forward. They said no problem, its cancelled going forward and we would still have access to the facility for that month since we had already paid for it- and then they removed the scan tag from the windshield which would ensure that we wouldnt?? Either way I didnt care, it was over with. A month later- they charged us again. A month later, they charged us again. I have now cancelled their charges with AMEX and disputed all of their fees since the origin. TLDR- Don't buy the unlimited plan unless you're sure you are going to use it because you will not be able to cancel and their employees will lie right to your face about the user agreement you are getting into or out of. read more

I've visited a few times for the car wash and it's okay for a quick run through. I like that the vacuum is available so that I can do a more thorough cleaning myself. I decided to try the oil change out because the price seemed the same as others but they give you a free car wash. I called to check how much it would cost for full synthetic and I told them my make/model but they failed to tell me that they'd charge me 20 bucks more because my car requires more oil. I know that my car does take more oil but I would have appreciated if they told me this over the phone. The mechanic also tryed to upsell me with an additional 15 buck cleaner to get the sledge out because my oil line was low, which made my original total go all the way up to 101 dollars, from 59.99. Also, the mechanic didn't even turn off the oil change light after they finished the job, which I corrected myself but come on, that's something really basic that I would expect to be turned off. Yes, if you are looking for a fast oil service it did only take 10 minutes but I left feeling taken advantage of, even worse ripped off. read more

A very decent business and carwash service. I opted for their guard dog package that included the ceramic power shield. Sign up was very easy and cancellation was a quick phone call without any trouble. Used them for about a month My only issue is the carwash would only clean about 70 - 80% of the vehicle at best. The remainder was a good microfiber towel and some elbow grease. Otherwise, staff was very pleasant, streamlined process for bringing cars around was easily one of the better wait times and free vacuums. Good service all around. read more

Since this location turned into a Mister Car Wash, the quality and service of this location has gone downhill. They no longer offer towels for you to dry off your vehicle as a "cost savings." Prior to the change we would go through the wash and the soap would cover the windshield so much you couldn't see through, now it's so watered down that once it hits the windshield it drips all the way down. My rims are no longer get clean when I go through. When asked about the soap, I'm told that their chemical engineers have a "special formula." The special formula must be 95% water. This car wash is now a joke. I would recommend finding another car wash. I used to love Top Dog Car Wash. I was an original customer back at their very first location. But now I think I will no longer be using their services especially after being a member for so long and being treated the way I was treated yesterday. read more

I've been going to this place a few times now just for a car wash, and it does a pretty decent job. They use to have towels available to wipe your vehicle down if you ordered a certain wash, but it's no longer available. Wish it was, since the dryer at the end of the wash doesn't completely remove all the water, but it's okay. No biggie. Recently came here for an oil change, and the staff was super friendly, provided awesome service, and were quick. Should've gone here instead of going to the dealership which takes forever!! They inspect your lights, oil, fluid, tire pressure, and your windshield wipes. I was pretty impressed and i stayed in my car the whole time with one of the windows down and thankfully it was good weather that day, so i got inspired to even clean the inside of my car while waiting. Hah. You also receive a complimentary car wash with an oil change, but can upgrade to the other types of washes for a discounted price. This location in particular is one of the better Top Dogs! I'd prefer to hand wash my car but when I don't have the time I bring my car here. They have the bug wash station which is convenient to be sure you get a good scrub in. There's ample parking lot space to vacuum and bug wash. By far my best experience at this location was the friendly staff. The gentleman came out when I was vacuuming, introduced himself and gave me an ice cold water bottle. Very friendly and polite. Very nice car wash and good value as well. The free vacuum station actually pulls a lot of air (It sucks in a good way). There is a pretreat area with brushes and sponges to hit the hard spots before going in. The attendants will hit some hards spots as you enter as well. My husband and I take both of our vehicles here about once a month or so for the top wash. It always makes our vehicles look new and with the ceramic coating it lasts! But today was a special day! I was vacuuming my van and accidentally sucked my husband's airport up! I told Robert in the oil change area about it and he stopped what he was doing and proceeded to go straight to the vacuum. He dug through it all and couldn't find it. I left my number with him and left. Within 5 minutes Robert called and told me they found it! Talk about above and beyond! Great customer service. I only had time for a quick exterior wash but paid for both interior and exterior (it was cheaper). The attendant signed the receipt along with note. I promised to come back after my last appointment that day. Wouldn't you know my car broke down. 6 days later I went back to see if I could still redeem my interior detail.... not only did they honor it but they also mentioned my car was dirty again and sent me through the exterior wash too. The gentlemen were all so friendly and very patient with me and my 3 year old. They offered to help and even opened the door for us (our hands were full). Top Dog Express did some recent upgrades and I have to say the car wash looks amazing now. Since the upgrade my car is getting a fantastic wax coat and looks super shiny. I love that the tires get the wet look brushed on at the end so members don't have to do it themselves anymore. Super idea. I do miss having the glass cleaner available but that's something I can do on my own. This place was open through the whole pandemic and gave me something to do when I was bored and my dogs love riding in the car to the car wash too. Keep up the good work guys. read more
