When purchasing the wash, the employee who helped us was funny and corky. He went through the differences of each wash and took his time, despite the heat. Love the Splash car washes, the South Daytona location, pulling in is a little close, not as bad and cramped as the one on Dunlawton in Port Orange. Our go to location is on Nova Rd in Ormond Beach, which is spacious and does detailing inside your vehicle. Our Jeep and 4x4 Ford Truck comes out clean every-time. The price seems reasonable, with a minimal fee to have both our trucks on the same account. read more

An excellent automated car wash. My car came out cleaner than if I used a do it yourself car wash. I was surprised out how good it came out... They have different levels of car wash options to choose from starting at around ten dollars all the way up to twenty five which is the one I chose. I recommend this establishment and I will be returning for sure the next time I need a wash. BTW they have free vacuums and an air nozzle to blow water out of tight spots on your vehicle. read more

A "car wash experience", need I say more? Actually I do in order to get this review published on yelp. They say a clean car is a happy car. I love how speedily my car is scooted through the machine with the cool lights and station signs always letting me know the progress. And free vacuums? Who doesn't love free? I remember the old days of self service car washes running out of quarters half way thru the carpet! Plus We get to jam to some music playing with towels and windex available to clean inside. It's amazing to see how everyone is so into cleaning their car! Since grand opening day I'm here at least 3x a week running thru the wash to get the beach air off. It Saves me time and money Then I'm off to my next job and look professional. As a loyal Splash car wash customer over a decade I wasn't expecting another location right up the street at splash Express wash to have the same excellent customer service as Dunlawton but same great smiles and customer service is there too . I'll still take it to the pros at Splash Dunlawton at least once a quarter to get the VIP detail Package to keep it in tiptop shape. Me and my car are happy!! It really is an Experience. I got the platinum car wash yesterday afternoon when I got home and looked at car..... it was still covered in mud all along the bottom and in wheel wells.... worst car wash EVER WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN....was a waste of $20.00 plus tax. the location on Dunlawton is a much better facility.....much better job....very disappointing...guess I'll be washing my own car with a hose today!!!! so people...be warned! read more

I was impressed at first until I found out they don't wash the back of you car / truck if you have anything like a tow hitch or a spare tire (like on my Gwagon). The loading attendant checks each vehicle and if it's not as smooth as a beach ball he punches in the computer to cancel the rear wash - ridiculous! I asked the manager and he said it messes up their equipment- I then asked what they were running- a car wash or a museum?! It's part of the normal wear and tear of a car wash. I told him they need to figure that out better as mister car wash by BJ's even before it was bought out never did such ridiculousness. I'm going back there because of it. I'm giving plash 3/5 stars because they wash 3/4 of my car. If you have anything except smooth rear bumper on your car / beware - the back of your car was skipped even though you paid for a full wash. If they're going to hit the cancel button for the back of my car - hitting that cancel button should also credit me back 25% for only washing 3/4 - otherwise charging 100% and only washing 75% is retail fraud! read more

We used the self-service section of Splash Express. This was, by far, the best car wash I've been to. They had air to blow the sand away between small crevices. They had soapy water and a scrub brush to hand clean rubber mats. They had a machine to clean your carpeted mats. They had strong vacuums and empty trash cans. They provided an amazing glass cleaner and towels. I thoroughly enjoyed this car wash- the only problem is that it's not closer to where I permanently live! read more

I purchased a membership a month ago during a promotional period and the business processed my debit card for payment. Under the terms of the membership, I could take unlimited advantage of the service which would automatically renew in 30 days, I was satisfied with the car wash itself. However, the entire operation leaves much to be desired. When attempting to utilize the service approximately 2 weeks after purchasing the membership, the license plate reader was unable to read my license plate. Thinking that this was a system glitch, I spoke with the attendant. He was unable to locate my membership account. He spoke with office staff who were likewise unable to locate or identify my membership. One week later, knowing that the membership renewal date was near, I again attempted to avail myself of the service. Surprise, same story! After spending considerable time talking with the attendant, I proceeded to the office to cancel my membership before the automatic renewal was processed. Unfortunately, the staff person, Zack, was again unable to locate or identify my membership. After considerable time, he made notes, stating that he would forward the information to (unclear and unknown to me). He attempted to assure me that my debit card would not be charged since there was no record of my membership. He did suggest that I monitor my checking account. Again, surprise! On 12 Dec, my checking account was charged for my membership renewal that they were unable to locate or identify. Following significate time speaking with 3 different staff, I insisted on a refund, stating that they could work on resolving their problem in my absence. At this point I'm assuming that the refund was processed. I'LL not know for certain until it is deposited to my checking account. I may utilize the car wash again but would not attempt to purchase another membership. read more

Loved this place. I wish we had one up north. The wash was super soapy and the brushes and sprays were abundant. The best part was the vacuum and clean station with clean towels and spray for your windows and interior. The air gun was also very helpful in getting into corners. I've had my toes dipped in the car washing industry for a handful of years when I was younger (super wash 2010-2013, so you could say I have acceptable judgement when it comes down to the quality and performance of a car wash. And I must say... I was far from dissatisfied. Very clean set up, accurate safety signage displayed with proper directions. Getting to the vacuum area... superb. Great carwash! I have used Crew in Indianapolis for years but Splash beats them as far as services. Splash includes vacuums and window cleaner & the carwash is the best!!! I'll definitely be back when I return to Florida! read more
