    Mr Wash really is a disappointment. MY boyfriend purchased us unlimited carwash.I was super excited as they do a great job.Just have had my vehicle for a couple months and wanted a wash for the second time, but on this time they really scratched and chipped my vechile.So I called and spoke to the general manager and he asked me to show up today at 9 and I did he pointed out one chip here and there and proceeded to tell me I was hit and other story's he magically came up with story's that happen to my vechile.THanks alot Mr Mr..Just wanted my vehicle repaired due to ther neglance. Here are pics u can clearly see the brush strokes.

    The ONLY thing DELUXE about my Car Wash was the RIP OFF! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY Purchased the "Deluxe Car Wash" Package! After paying to have my car cleaned, both inside and out, I was thoroughly disappointed to see that all 4 doors still had dog prints on them, the floor mats and seats in the 2nd and 3rd rows still had dog hair on them, and the rear view mirror was still spotted and streaked. I had an appointment at Karl Chevrolet and noticed the dirt on the front passenger side door as I drove the 20 minutes to Ankeny. I thought perhaps they had missed the one spot in the car, then noticed the rear view mirror. Again, two small spots that I can quickly and easily clean up before the installation of my new car mats. I ran inside the parts department and purchased a spray bottle of car cleaner and received a free microfiber cloth with the purchase (only good part of the day!) As I went out to clean the two spots, I started to remove the mats in preparation for the new mats. When I opened the back door I was faced with the same dirty car I drove into Mister Car Wash With. At that point, I cancelled my floor mat instillation so I could go back and have Mister Car Wash correct their oversight. Upon returning to Mister Car Wash (within the hour), I was asked to provide proof via my receipt before the Manager would come speak with me. I had the receipt, much to his dismay. When I showed him the mud in the Drivers side door (I had cleaned the 3 others before I was upset enough to decide to bring the car back to show him how dirty it still was) he replied, "Oh I see that". Then I opened the back door and showed him all the dog hair. His reply to the dog hair was, "Our vacuums are not strong enough to get dog hair off of car seats." After a bit more discussion where the vacuum mantra was repeated about 4 times I became irate. I raised my voice and yelled that I was going to let everyone know how horrible the service was and that I was never coming back again. Yes, I admit I cussed, but being told a car wash didn't have vacuums strong enough to pick up dog hair is just ridiculous! It was at this point that the manager wanted to "take my car and wipe up the mud"...notice...not a thing said about the dog hair.... YEAH... THEY SUCK! ****UPDATE**** Corporate just decided to call me to try to "understand what happened" with my service yesterday. Let's just say he was concerned with the girl who took my car wash order??? WHAT??? That's not what caused the commotion for me. I told him exactly what I wrote above, and his concern was the name of the package I purchased.... which on the receipt reads: FS Platinum Package. I paid $34.97 for said package, where I believe the FS is to stand for "Full Service"...which should really read "F*cking Shitty". When I kept telling the Corporate office person that I wasn't upset until I was "treated like dog poop under the managers shoe" he still didn't get that this complaint is about the lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE, I had to spell it out to him. I told him, "I understand that this problem, to you, represents the fact that the wrong package was sold to me, but that's YOUR PROBLEM. To me, the problem is that I was put off and treated like dog crap on the bottom of someones shoe. I wasn't even offered any options to make the problem right until after I lost my temper. I never once thought that the manager, upon seeing the dirt and dog hair left in my car, wouldn't offer to make things right. I've worked customer service for many years, and I have always followed company policy when dealing with an irate customer. I hardly believe that being treated like dog crap under someones shoe is the policy for Mister Car Wash, is it? Is that your policy at Mister Car Wash? His reply, "Our policy is to educate the customer on our services so they understand what comes with each wash." My reply, "Well, that didn't happen with me. Unless you consider, "our vacuum cleaners don't collect dog hair" to be your way of educating me. Is that how you educated people? I doubt it." His reply, "I just want to make this situation right." My reply, "There is no way to make this situation right. To me the situation is that I was treated poorly. That the customer service I received was shit. You want to give me a free car wash? Well there is no way I will go back to receive crappy service like that again, where I spend $34 and still have to clean my car by myself after your company is finished. You want to "make this right" then you educate your employees on CUSTOMER SERVICE so that this crap doesn't happen to someone else." And then I hung up the phone!

    I use the monthly service here, it's clean and reliable. Not the cheapest, but they remember me and take good care of my car.

I still try to use Squeaky Clean from time to time because it's locally owned and the owner is responsive. I accidentally selected the wrong bay once in the app and lost the wash I'd paid for because the bay I selected was closed for repairs. The owner reached out within a few hours. When I hadn't responded by the next afternoon, he followed up and provided a code for a free wash to make up for it even though I was clear it was my fault. Good luck even getting ahold of "customer service" at the chain washes. Given that I haven't used the chain more than 5-7 times a month with my "unlimited" plan that I perceived to be a better value.. I think I will be canceling it and signing up for one of Squeaky Cleans plans next month. I'm certain the chain doesn't need the business and convinced that Squeaky Clean appreciates it based on my experiences.

Not just because they have been in this area for decades, but because they have been reliable throughout the years. This most recent visit was no exception. The exterior of the vehicle looks great, and has a nice fresh-off-the-lot shine. The interior was past due for a little TLC so I went ahead and added an interior clean package. On a scale of 1 to 10, I will give this particular round a 6. While better than it was, the vacuum and dust cloths missed a number of places, and the windshield - the main reason for wanting the interior cleaned - still has some smudges. As an aside, while I can't confirm/may well be mistaken, I think that a number of the photos on the walls in the waiting area are of actual employees that I have seen working at this location. If that's the case, kudos to the company for the authenticity. I'm still giving this four stars because this location usually performs at that level. I'll re-assess next visit. Things to know: * This location is on a busy corner and shares driveway access with a couple other business - be cautious. * This is one of the very few (maybe the only remaining) Mister Car Wash in The Des Moines metro where you can pay to have your car's interior cleaned. Other locations are self-service.
