We usually go to Mister to wash our truck. After lots of rain finally dried up we decided to wash the truck. We went through as usual but near the end, water spots were all over the truck. It seemed like the blowers weren't blowing as hard. The quality of this visit was poor for the value we pay. We pulled over to the vacuum area and began using the air nozzles. Some sort of oil came misting out, covering the mirrors and side of the truck. Thankfully we had enough dry rags and a bottle of water and white vinegar to quickly clean the oil. I was going to complain but my spouse said we'd be late to our appointment if we did. We were very unhappy. read more

Didn't get my car clean and now my hood is peeling. Too much money for a dirty car afterwards!!!

I have been member for more then a year with unlimited wash. Last Saturday my hubcaps got scratched. Call to complaint and never heard back from them. The pissy little guy a...d...r...e...w try to put the blame on me. I CANCELLED THE MEMBERSHIP. My advise to others is do not got to mister car wash on 52 in Hudson FL or you may end up paying for every expensive paint job. read more

Went to the Mister location on SR 52 in Hudson today for a basic car wash. Car came out mediocre at best. Hood still dirty with bug spots/road grime. I then went around to vacuums. First vacuum I tried barely had any suction. Second one was better, but it was so loud that I think it gave me permanent hearing damage. My ears are still ringing one hour later. Also, as I had a rear door open their landscaper came by with a blower and blew dirt, sand, clippings, and leaves into and on my vehicle. I don't know what he was thinking. Been a member for at least a year. Made a claim because I have scratches on my hood. My claim was denied and I was told these scratches are not from their facility. I also put a claim in at the location on SR. 52 and never heard back from them. Where else would I have gotten scratches like this? An employee from SR 52 even told me he knows of a few complaints from the one on US 19. They do not have the foam rollers/spinners like the 52 store and the heavy and always dirty octopus like things will scratch your vehicle. Please avoid this company at all expense. Not worth the hassle and there are much newer and better car washes out there. Trust me. read more

I was thinking I already left a review. But obviously that was for the other locale in Sp Hill 34608, I think the zip there is. This separate review is for the Hudson/Pasco location, right after the RV shop. Plan around $33 for a monthly wash. Worth it if you want to protect your paint from the dreaded FL lovebug season especially. I took a few pics so you can view the vac and wash area. Standard as car washes go, but it's the cleanliness, service standard of the various young men and ladies who work there, and the price for unlimited, that I can appreciate. Bought one for my spouse as well but keep in mind that the person needs to be there with vehicle so they can affix a sticker. Cash or credit are the options. Or recurring, monthly autopay for those of us that like a quick run-through of a nice place vs. doing it ourselves or having to pay a detailer. Hoping this will help me keep up on it so I won't have to have it detailed yet. (My vehicle is for sale when I'm ready to, btw!). Nice workers, I talked to them at length one day and saw that they also sell air fresheners for a dollar as your driving through. I tend to bring my own glass cleaner, paper towels and trash bags but it's nice to have clean, powerful bags and I've never seen overflowing trash like you tend to get at the gas station ones. I've almost bottomed out my vehicles on those cheap machine gas station washes so o try to spring for a place like this with modern machines, a clean locale and I don't have to fumble with coins. I asked, what is a goof tip amount for someone who works a car wash and found out that since they are assisting and the machine does the work, they appreciate and tend to receive anything from a few quarters, all the way up to I've talked to people who tip $5-10 because they are out in that weather all day. We go here at least twice a week for the last 2 years. The service staff are very friendly, however, for the last couple of months it smells like rotten eggs as you are going through the wash. It used to smell so good. read more

So... I read a few reviews that were pretty negative here but, in my case I'm perfectly fine with this wash company. Right off the bat they told my step-dad that they couldn't accommodate his F-350 super duty as it's too large for the car wash and actually gave him a recommendation of a completely different company that could. As for me, the $30 a month plan goes a long way. I drive for uber and am there at least once a day, sometimes 2-3 times per day and not a single problem with the washes for my Ford Explorer. Staff is always smiling and a nice hand wave or thumbs up. Personally I say do t read the negative comments and if you need a reliable wash this is the place. Especially if you do a ride share like I do and you get dropped into many different areas. They have locations that you could just veer off and wash your car really quick while on the way to or from a pick-up. read more

Fabulous car wash. People were friendly and helpful. My car was covered with bugs after a long car trip and needed washed twice. When I explained I was willing to pay for a second car wash because my car would likely need it, they could have just let me go, but instead told me if I came out with bugs still on the car they would let me go through again. They could have easily not said anything and taken my money twice. Instead I got two excellent car washes. They even had the lady do an extra scrub on the front of the car for me. I bought a membership about 5 months back. The unlimited more expensive package. I believe it's 30$. Anyway the property is always clean. People vacuuming their vehicles are for the most part respectful and keep their music down. Vacuums are free and have good suction. Tons of locations. The overall wash is good. Wish the blow dryers at the end were a little longer to eliminate some water spots. 4/5 read more

I've gotten the closed sign sooo many times. They closed earlier today due to the hurricane. It's not even gonna be here for 48...listen..48 hours. It's not tge 1st time, it's not even convenient, I have to drive miles out of my way, to get a closed sign. I canceled my subscription. Done. Don't take your f150 with factory running boards through here. It jammed up half way through and the machine finally thrust it through on the third attempt. It pounded the drivers side lower edge into something in the bay and I didn't know what to do. The machine finally forced it out.. but it sounded like the whole running board dragged on the machinery. Thankfully no damage I could see but I was not happy. read more

I have gone many times with 3 vehicles. They used to have soap and brushes to get the dreaded Florida bugs off the front of your car before paying $16 to ride through a car wash. That has not been available for sometime now, they told me twice before they were bring that back. Well as of today still nothing, so as of today I'm going back to family car wash up in Spring Hill. On 03/12/19 at approximately 0823 hours, I arrived at the Mister Car Wash located at 12611 U.S. 19, Hudson, FL 34667 to purchase a car wash. I proceeded through to the payment location, inserted my credit card and paid for an "Express Platinum" car wash for $16.00. As I continued forward, the manager (unknown name), but a late 30's Hispanic male, apologized for the inconvenience and explained they had a water leak and their car wash was inoperable. He then provided a refund for the sale (sale #42775882547). Due to the inconvenience, this manager advised: "the next wash is on us". He instructed me to bring my voided receipt with me and 'Mister Car Wash' would honor a complimentary car wash. However, that never transpired. On 04/16/19 at approximately 1715 hours, I returned to Mister Car Wash to obtain my complimentary wash. I explained the previous incident to the payment attendant, and he spoke with his manager. He returned, remiss, and stated his manager would not honor the previous manager's promise. I asked to speak with this manager, who identified himself as "Joe". Joe said the other manager and described him, should have provided me with a complimentary card for a car wash and he could not honor a "voided receipt". I explained to him the incident and would not have fabricated the story. He stated he did not believe I was being untruthful, but he refused to provide a car wash, nonetheless. I asked him if he would be willing to lose a customer over a $16 car wash, and he proceeded by opening the lift arm. I am disappointed in the leadership of Mister Car Wash to accept "Joe" as a manager of this business with how he handles issues such as this. I am perplexed at how this business is willing to lose a customer over a measly $16 car wash. If the previous manager would not have promised this car wash, I would still be a customer at Mister Car Wash because I understand equipment may malfunction. The car wash ripped off my perfectly intact antenna. I had no prior problems or missing parts to the antenna. They say their cameras saw that the interior rubber part was missing prior to my entrance to the car wash as seen by their cameras. What a bold faced lie. It would be impossinke for their cameras to see the interior. In addition, there is a quarter-sized hole where the perfectly intact antenna once was. There was no problem, no hole and no missing pieces prior to entering this damaging car wash. This quarter-sised space was not there before. My antenna was perfectly fine and normal with all of its parts intact. My mechanic said that's because it was ripped out with the antenna when it went through the car wash. Of course it was. Anyone would know that. I told the manager I want to see the video. She said she cant show me but is turning it over to "the investigation committee" and they will decide. When I went back for my antenna, which they held, to show my mechanic, there were three to choose from - from prior victims. In addition, after my $12 car wash I had muddy water marks on my car Mister Car Wash damaged my car and I am holding them responsible. If they tske care of this responsibility. I will update it on this review. Either way, I am going to update this review. I noticed there are new car washes being built nearby and some cheaper in price. The service can be no worse than this experience. If they are smart, they will make this right read more

I paid $12 for the mid-level wash. I wasn't expecting perfection, but I expected the car to look clean. The wash didn't even get the loose pollen off. I've got a ton of pollen still on the car and water spots all over where the dryers didn't do their job. I don't think I'll be coming back to this one. read more

Took my dirty car through the mid level wash, offered for $8, including underside wash and tire shine. Once finished, stopped to wipe off excess water and noted significant mud still clinging to front grille, bumper and hood. Asked an attendant to check it and he said it required a second run through, which seemed a reasonable solution. He had to speak with his manager. The manager would not approve a second run through, advising that my car was dirty when I brought it in. Duuhhh! The kid attendant offered to scrub it clean for me instead. I declined. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MISTER CAR WASH! Or maybe I'd recommend A DIFFERENT MANAGER, or maybe bring in a clean car instead of a dirty one. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT THEIR STRONG SUIT!!!
