The guy was a little aggressive and now i have bare metal patches in my hood and roof. spoke with owner Robbie... The employees are great but the facility it self has seen better days. The inside looks like it's broken down. Windows are so filthy you can't see thru them and garbage all over inside and outside and car wash tunnel looks like it's operating with missing car wash straps or something. I read a few previous reviews and I've gotta say, I'm unsure what everyone is saying here because for my SUV to be done inside and out it was $20 flat, an extremely great price for the services provided compared to the other washes in the area. They took their time, got the door edges, the lining, everything really. If you can't be bothered to wait individuals to clean your car instead of a machine poorly cleaning it, this probably isn't the car wash for you. Will be coming back, that's for sure. I noticed when I rode with him his dashboard looks so great and his windows were always clean on the inside while mine were not. Pulled up to where to pay and the girl ran up to us right away to put the carton and we told her what we wanted and then she added extras onto it because she said her car was extra dirty. I explained that I already told her what I wanted with NO upsells. She replied that her boss would fire her if she came back without the "add-on". WHAT??? Don't care. It is NOT my problem. Dont get ROBBED BY ROBBY!!!! At first the staff was kind, personable, seemingly went above and beyond. I was laughing and telling them I just bought my car brand new had it inspected by mechanic no issues... I will post b4 and after pics to prove this. I was taking vehicle for insurance inspection to get full coverage...so decided to get it washed b4 they did photos. When i arrived at the inspection I noticed green/dirty water running down the back. I was annoyed but its not a bit deal wipe it away....and THEN THE INSPECTOR Tells me i have a huge scratch down my driver side back door. This 100% happened in this car wash. DO NOT USE THEM! ROBBY(FITTING HE IS A THIEF!) the owner took one Look and said this didn't come from here call the police. Instantly....must be his go to sentence so I pull over and call the police. They inform me its a civil matter have to hire a lawyer. Blah blah blah. So basically im screwed. So I bring the receipt over bc there was still green dirt care wasn't washed and ask for it very least a refund he tells me he cant help me and nope not doing it call the police. I have been going to this car wash fo more than a year. Today I was completely dissatisfied with the guy that wipes the cats after the wash. He's lazy and doesn't take the time to really wipe it down like everyone else has there. Windows and mirrors we're dripping going down the road. He never even open the back hatch and wiped it out like the other guys have. I hope the next time I go he's not there. The spanish Lady that does the vaccuming is my favorite! Quite the opposite when it came to the employees vacuuming and wiping down the inside of the vehicles. The Mercedes emblem was carelessly ripped off of our car. When we asked to see a manager so they could at least acknowledge the damage, the OWNER brushed it off and wasn't even slightly apologetic about the situation. He said our car hadn't been washed in ten years and it was old so that's why the emblem came off. My last three trips to Car Wash King was unacceptable. At each of those visits, they came up with some reason to upcharge me. Once was bugs (they were not bad), and 2 times for dirty wheels. I drive a pickup and my wife drives a Mini. Both of our vehicles are road driven and never in the mud. I took my wifes car in this morning (tiny mini) and the manager walked by where I had pulled up and said to the attendant that the wheels were dirty and to upcharge. Not a good morning, hello, or an explanation for the upcharge. If you are trying to compensate for a money shortage CHANGE YOUR PRICES. Don't punish a customer for patronization. I thought this is where you take a dirty vehicle to get cleaned. Didn't know it had to be clean before I brought it. I will be shopping for a new auto cleaner that appreciates my business. read more

Something was taken from my car, I would give 0 stars if I could. I pull up and ask the attendant what the different services are and what they cost I was informed it was $16 for deluxe $22 for premium, the difference being the premium included the bug remover which I didn't need so I opted for the deluxe. I swiped my card And a minute later got a notification for being charged $17. Now I can understand with COVID and the shutdown them needing to adjust pricing and I can understand the sign not bing updated to show the change in rate but the attendant should've definitely been aware of a difference and I definitely should've been made aware. $1 no bid deal I thought to myself. I asked if the inside of the car would be detailed, I was told yes. I asked if that meant they would clean the inside of my windshield? Again I was told yes. My car goes through the wash, once it's washed the attendant proceeded to wipe down my car and felt he was doing a good job (or so I thought) but even between the wash and him wiping down my car with the shammy my whole lower trunk lid and rear bumper got completely missed which of course I didn't notice until I got home as well as the fact that they didn't clean inside my windshield like I had asked. These things alone I feel deserved a poor review but the icing on the cake is when I noticed (once again not until after I had gotten home) that they had taken something out of my car. Granted I knew to take anything of value out of the car beforehand knowing that kind of thing happens often. I purchased a membership and love that I could come everyday if I needed. They also gave me a deal to add my wife's vehicle. They are always friendly and do a great job.
