A couple small downsides that other car washes provide our glass cleaner, interior dash cleaner, and air fresheners. I got a towel this day, but normally I don't think they're out there. Towels are really nice to have as no auto car wash gets them completely dry. But the wash itself is really good and the vacuum works great. Staff super friendly and plenty of bays to vacuum (super strong) and clean the mats.

I don't like the paper towels they dispense (2 are offered), they really don't work well and are flimsy. Also numerous times now they are out or the machines dispensing them don't work. I've had issues with getting my car clean as the employees don't automatically pre spray for bugs, heavier dirt. With a black car it should be automatic, everything shows and sticks, lol. Spray people! I shouldn't have to ask or go twice. So I frequently have to make two trips through or leave (got places to be) with a car in less than clean condition, doesn't make me happy. The mat cleaner is so so. I really would prefer the real bottles (filled with window cleaner, etc.) and real towels to dry the missed wet spots or shine up tires. Only thing I'm debating right now is value for my money as I explore my options, which are plenty. Car wash on almost every block.

"A complete overhaul is required." - "How much is it going to cost?" I asked. "Between $1400 and $1600" he answered. "Oh well, it's not worth it, I'll just trash the car... " and I hanged up. The next day, I went to the auto repair shop to empty the car and make arrangement to sell it to a junk yard. Unexpectedly, I was greeted with a warm smile. "We looked into it" a mechanic told me. "it will cost you $220 to fix it."... A couple of days and $227 later, I picked up my car that works just as it never had a problem. I let you connect the dots.

I paid the bill and when I picked up my car after work that day, I had AC and directional airflow, however I had no Heat. they asked me to bring it back in and then tell me, it's another issue for my Heat that's going to cost me another $1000 and because the mechanic I was talking to is the fiancé (Chris) of Shelbys, Chris says I never asked to get my Heat fixed and I'm basically screwed. stay away from these crooks!! if they were upfront and honest with me, I never would have paid $1007.27 to fix 2/3 of my cars problems. scammers and Liars!
