I was coming here when it was Cruz's car wash and they were reasonably priced with actual good vacuums. The tenants use to come by and help you out, even do the extra tire shine, the vacuums WERE powerful ... WERE and now... they SUCK so bad. I was optimistic, and tried it out! the upscale appearance and the organized check-in process with staff was very efficient. Staff are awaiting for you to pull up, while using tablets to assist customers in choosing their wash options. I opted for the basic wash for $13, wanting to test the service before committing to a membership. TIP: be sure to bring card or cash as this place doesn't take Apple Pay. While the wash itself was efficient, I noticed some dirt remained on my car afterward. Not sure if it's because of the tier of was I selected but more concerning was discovering a significant scratch on my hood, which was not there before. I've heard about the potential for scratches in automatic washes, but this was alarming. Unfortunately, when I looked assistance, no staff were available, and my follow-up call went unanswered and no call back, which was disappointing. Despite the convenience and facilities, like spacious vacuum spots and vending machines for supplies, the risk of damage to my car and the lack of support have made me hesitant to return. I've been a member of Mister Car Wash through 4 vehicles covering 12 plus years. I've been using the one in Kemah since opening day. One day about 8 weeks ago I went through the wash and once I entered the wind tunnel area I heard something that sounded like it hit my roof. When I exited, I looked, and my 3rd break light lens was missing. I asked the Asst. Manager, Mr. Larry who looked in the wash bay are and found my lens in four pieces from being run over by the vehicle following me. Mr. Larry was very nice and took my statement and pictures and let me know I should hear back on their investigation. They determined since the lens didn't come off my suv until I went through the wind tunnel part of the wash, that their brushes could not have done this (who saw this answer coming). I disagreed with the outcome knowing it only made sense that the brushes grabbed ahold of the lens and broke it lose, and the wind tunnel took care of the rest. I asked to speak with a manager and Mr. Larry said his area manager would reach out. The 1st week, no call 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and to date no call. I let Mr. Larry, know each week that I had not received a call from this area manager, and he seemed surprised, I wasn't. I didnt cancel my membership (which is the most expensive package) in hopes they would do the right thing, but no. So now my membership ends June 6th, and I'll be moving my business and I started to alert my friends and anyone else I hear looking for a good drive through wash NOT to use Mister Car Was due to them not conducting good business habits! read more

Basic inexpensive drive thru automated car wash in Inglewood area. Prices for single washes are $8-$22. Free self service vacuums that have great suction. I've done the $8 and $12 washes and the quality was what I expect from an automated car wash - good but not perfect. The only improvement I'm hoping they make is adding microfiber towel bins at the vacuum stations for wiping down the water left over from the wash. The location is clean and has two lanes to enter - one for single pay and the other for monthly unlimited members. It's located off a busy hwy/street and can get backed up, so I try to go when it's not as busy. read more

Ever since this place changed from Cruizers to Mister Car Wash, It's gone completely downhill. They removed the screen that lets you know which type of wash you're getting, so you have no idea if you're actually receiving the wash you paid for or just a basic wash. Also the machine is constantly being stopped because people are not pulling out of the car wash towards the vacuum areas. One of the worst locations in the entire network. Other branches have carpet cleaning machines -- this one used to, but management removed them, apparently deciding customers here don't deserve the same level of service. Half the vacuums are often out of order, and maintenance seems like an afterthought. I run a business with a fleet of 15 vehicles and had memberships for all of them at this location. I've since canceled and taken my business elsewhere. It's clear that management is focused solely on profits, not on customer experience. I have come to this car wash about 3xs. I've been looking for a new car wash since my previous one changed owners. Today was my third time coming and I enjoy coming. The hood and roof of my car came out nearly just as dirty after a base wash. Came back around and talked to the attendant who said the problem was that I only got the base wash and it wouldn't clean my car that well. I asked if I could go back through with another base wash because it should clean these spots off my car (that I could easily wipe pff with a towel), but the attendant refused and said there nothing he could do. The staff lady was talking too long to the car infront of me...and not only that the cars in the other line had cut infront of me....not only 1 car, 3 cars had cut me. I got a membership here and everytime I've came it's like 30 minutes. They have a membership line that they don't enforce so sometimes ppl w/o it sit there and wait to buy service and you get stuck there behind them watching the regular line go faster. On top of that, the vacuums in one side don't work, additionally, they are never available. So many cars are waiting for a turn that they turn off the service midway to prevent the cars from coming out the wash. I am cancelling my service, I do not recommend. read more

Horrible place. The rubber thing that cleans your car got stuck on my windshield wiper and cracked my windshield! After filing a claim, it took a week for someone to get back to me after multiple attempts from me to reach them. Once I spoke to them they said they were not liable because my car must have my wipers on auto and they turned on. I assured them my car doesn't have auto wipers and they still refused to be liable. I use to come here before prior to it being Mister. I was even interviewed about the new ownership to see if there were any improvements that could be made. I guess they didn't listen. First, they have someone with a tablet asking what car wash you want and they start off by trying to up sale! That takes forever... why not just have it posted and people can figure it out while they wait! Then there's a tip option.. why? For what? Holding the tablet? Which leads me to my other point. No one is available to help in case you need assistance. Vacuum had no suction, so I had to move my car.. no spots available so I had to go around and wait in line again! The wash itself is fast and doesn't do a good job, I can't even notice the shine on my tires that I supposedly paid extra for. Before they even had someone go to you and shine the tires by hand! I liked it when it used to be "Cruizers" car wash. I paid $20 for my car to just get sprinkled with water and brushed. Hardly any soap was used and my car and it came out dirty still. The quality of the car wash inside looks very cheap and it is 100% not worth paying $20 for. I will not be coming back again. read more

This 5 star review is for Lily! She provided impeccable service yesterday. She's is very kind, knowledgeable about each membership, and happily answered every question I had. What an exemplary employee :) The wash was standard. I see no change in quality, just a bit of a higher price than I remember before they switched owners. Staff now greats you outside instead of at the window. The vacuums had decent suction, and the trash cans were easily accessible.
