I normally wash my vehicle myself because I am picky about pretty much everything. Having a black vehicle is not easy to keep shiny. This is my second time here. Both times the staff was courteous. The first time I had my grandson with me and the second time, I had my dog. Both times they patiently waited until I got them out. They knew the air hose and vacuum sound would bother them so they waited until we were in the building. I ordered the platinum wash and it turned out great. We enjoyed watching my Toyota go through the machine. After they were done, they opened the door for me so I can get my grandson and my dog in. My only complaint is that I don't care for the tire dressing they use; it's too glossy and greasy for my taste but I know other people like that. Other than that, I'm an absolute satisfied customer. They did a great job from beginning to end. read more

Brought my work truck in today and bought the top of the line interior cleaning. They finished it in about 15 minutes (suspiciously quick). Upon returning to my vehicle, they basically wiped down the top of the dash and sprayed some awful scent inside. This was for roughly $45 and I could've easily done what they did for free with a microfiber cloth. They were incredibly nice when I showed up (also suspiciously too nice) and when I was getting ready to leave, they requested I give them a 5 star rating! I will never return here and I strongly recommend you don't either. Awful work done and had the audacity to charge nearly $50 that a neighborhood kid would've done happily for $20. read more

Probably worst car wash in all of dfw. Came there to get the monthly subscription because it was by my house and instantly the manager tried upselling me and giving some "secret" deal, for a wash that didn't even work. I had some streaks on the left side of my car that I even asked them to focus on after my 3rd wash there and 10 washes later it was still there. No exaggeration I would go almost every morning before work and the marks would not budge. Went to the same brand of car wash in Stephenville Texas and the marks were removed on the first wash. The overall exterior wash was good but the problem can with the interior. I believe I received one up from basic which should've included a wipe down of console and side door panels, neither were done. Then after the initial vacuum, they missed a whole section in the backseat which the manager did drive back to resolve, that I do appreciate. This car wash experience was not the best and I would not recommend to other. The recommendation cane from Trophy Nissan through a carwash voucher (worth $5). This is a good car wash except for my full detail experience and issues with their carwash club not working at all locations. DO NOT GET A FULL DETAIL! My experience was terrible. I had to finish it. The car door where they meet the frame wasn't clean. You will pay a lot for full detail and the guy who did mine wasn't up to it. There monthly all the carwashes you want was OK, I found that when I travel to other locations it didn't always work. A real pain in the rear when you pull up to the all you want car wash gate and it just sits there and does nothing. I think a spent 30 minutes just to get through to find out they had messed it up. THE upside was that they track down when I wasn't able to get my car wash and they credited it to my account. Their normal car wash was good but check to make sure they get everything. I always tip to the guy who actually oversaw or did the work. Is it the best or worst, NO! It is predictable and good! Overall a good value, you might be able to find better but for a carwash that is predictable, I would recommend here or their franchises. read more

I thought I would come to this car wash because it was closer to me than the one I normally go to. I got the package one step above basic which included the tire shine . When I got in my car it looks like it did when I drove it in. I asked for the manager to come look at it and he did. I asked if this is what was expected from the package I purchased and he said they could've done a better job. I had him look at the tires and he said that there were some spots missed. He was very nice and took the car to be redone. They are fully staffed and it is a beautiful day out here. So no excuse for a rush and sloppy job besides laziness. I asked for a basic clean nothing crazy i just mainly wanted to focus on the inside being wiped down and taken care of. I got my car back and it looks like a 12 year old did it for $5. There is trash and crumbs in my side door in my cup holders. Looks like they half way did anything. I took it back up there 5 minutes later to have it re cleaned. I was immediately frowned upon about 8 employees just standing around talking. One guy was mostly worried about checking me out than doing any helping. My car still looks terrible, same straw wrapper in the same spot and everything. Do not recommend. they took long enough on my car for it to look like a child did it. piss poor. I normally watch them vacuum out my vehicle, but I didn't this one time. My service weapon that I kept in my vehicle was stolen. I had this weapon since 2008, and have never had a gun stolen from me, but at 4:00 pm, this happened to me. When I took the problem to management, of course they said they would look into it, but nothing ever happened. Do not get your car washed or detailed here! I took my car there Sunday to get my car detailed. They charged me $140.00 but did not wax the exterior and missed serval spots on the back seat. The gentleman how did the interior handed me a rag, and expected me to finish the job. When I sat in the car the seat and steering wheel were still wet. The seat was so wet, I had to change my pants when I got home. I tried to talk to the manager, but he refused and turned around and walked away when tried to talk to him. I left a complaint on their website when I got home that was never answered. I called and asked to speak the person in charge. He didn't want to discuss my issue either and hung up on me. read more

My first time here, they locked my keys inside my car. They did not ask permission to try to open my car. Scratches were left on my lock door key pad. I told the person who was trying to open the door not to force it cause they were having a hard time opening the door.Afterwards went to get a refund which they did quickly. When I came back another person was trying to open the door when I had already told them not to do it. I had my neighbor bring my extra set of keys. I love this Car Wash! The staff is really helpful. It was my first time getting my car detailed, and I asked a bunch of dumb questions. The worker in the lane directing cars was really handy at explaining the services, and directing me at what to do. It was so funny, I had to explain what and what not to clean in the car, and the young man wasn't annoyed at all. I'll admit they could have done a much better job with the windows, but the staff was so nice, I'll return again soon. read more

Honestly one of the worst places I've been to. I get my car done a lot and it usually looks almost brand new even with the cheap packages. My looked exactly the same from the inside. The only thing done okay was the outside of my vehicle. They didn't clean the inside at all. They did a pretty good job vacuuming especially with the amount of dog hair that was in there. But they completely skipped the wiping and fragrance. Me and my mother in law went together. Her was skipped as well and had spots on her car still. My windshield still has some dirt and bird poop. We went back for a partial refund but he had actually knew who we were when we walked in and I have a feeling they were talking about us. He said oh the one with alot of dog hair and red car. I said yes but that wasn't the issue trust me I get I have to get the dog furr professionally done. When he saw our cars he knew they messed up. I knew better than to take my car there again. I had to ask to have the interior windows wiped, and they still didn't clean them right. I'm not complaining about a small miss either. They didnt even open up the back to clean the inside of the window and when he finally did, there are 2 swipes. They didnt clean along the edges and there is clearly about 8 inches of missed area all around the windshield. My steering wheel area wasnt even touched. They spent more time eyeing my car and taking pictures than cleaning it. Never will go back. Wasted $29 and a $10 tip. read more

I'm sitting in my car and looking at streaks on the glass, front seats were not vacuumed at all, crumbs and dust in crevices around the middle console, mats were not properly placed and snapped back in, carpets between doors and seats not touched, pockets in car doors are still dirty, I asked for no scent and they did it anyway, etc, etc... This location was in route of my commute so I decided to drop in for a quick cleaning. After choosing my wash I specifically asked the young lady if I needed to remove my antenna and she said no because they will do it for me. As I sat in the customer waiting area I happened to look up as my antenna was bending under the brushes. I stopped the young lady in passing and informed her of my now bent antenna. My father spoke with the manager and she claimed that they don't take antennas off vehicles after we watched another employee do it for a customer ahead of me. The manager acted as if the young lady made a mistake and that was it. My father then informed the manager that we would not be returning because of the poor customer service and the manager replied OK! Lol. *Yeh, dnt tlk about me, lol* I got a Full Service detail for $99, when they returned my car to me... it looked like a brand new car . Every nook and cranny was washed! I've been here about three times now and my first time was great. The next time I went I saw one of their workers drive a customers car and accidentally hit another customer car. Now it's the third time I have gone and they decided to not inform me and even tried to cover up the scratches that were left on my car due to their drivers. I was waiting for my car to go through the car wash but it was taking longer than usual and so I felt suspicious as to why it took so long. Turns out they drove my car into another customers car and didn't even inform me till I drove home and checked my entire car. Paid 34$ for their supposedly best car wash yesterday. I used to come to this location when they also had oil changes. Now all they do is car washes. Big mistake! This is one of the worst car washes I've ever paid for. When they ran my car through it still had soap on it and then it sat in the sun so it was hard to get the excess soap off that had probably burnt into the paint. When I got home I noticed that they didn't vacuum out the back hatch which I told them to. There was bugs and bird poop still on the car that I had to clean off when I got home. The facility and staff are very nice. Wait time isn't too bad. They have complimentary popcorn and refreshments. Prices are high for quality provided. I paid 32 dollars for the top of the line wash offered. The wash itself wasn't horrible aside from a lot of water spots. Windows were "cleaned" but very streaky and not all of them were done. The interior was very disappointing. Vacuuming was missed in areas and they didn't clean really anything except the dash area. For the price, not worth it. Went today to get my car washed and it was packed so I expected it to be a wait, but 1:45 mins. Omg the workers at the beginning are so nice along with the inside staff, but the car washers all seemed to moving in slow motion. Showing no signs of urgency. Us customers were literally in the parking lot banding together in anger, like this is ridiculous. Then I finally get my car and the windshield was still dirty in places like they used a dirty rag and hand prints on the passenger window. Not to mention still had bird poop dried on the hood and crumbs in my passenger that my son had dropped. Never again will I go. Just went to get the 10% cash back thru Bank of America deals anyway. I went here for the first time in ages and as with everything else nowadays, it's automated. No one to greet you, it was like an ATM machine, except you put money in and hope to follow directions. Well somehow I missed something. I paid $18.00 and drove my car thru myself and that was it. An employee waved me thru to leave. No drying, no vacuum, nothing. They were busy as all get out today. I bought their Unlimited Wash Club. Don't waste your money!! Your better off paying your 10 year old nephew to wash your car. I paid $29.99 a unlimited washing per month, it turns out thats all your paying for they don't touch the inside unless you pay an additional $8 for them to wipe down and vacuum the inside of your car. When I took my car to get washed, the guy asked me if I wanted to stay in the car or wait inside, I choose to wait inside, it turns out if you use the Unlimited Express Wash, your suppose to stay inside your car. If your choose to wait inside they wash your car and then they park it where you have to go get your car. They don't bring it around for you. And they don't tell you, your car is ready cause I was suppose to stay inside my car. As I was told. I have since then CANCEL my membership with Mister Car Wash. I pay $28 at Royal Car Wash in Mesquite and they vacuum and wipe down the inside of my car. Don't waste your money at Mister Car Wash. read more

I always have to ask for a rag to clean what they miss. Plus, my windows are always streaky. I pay for a monthly platinum service, and they clean my car like I brought it in for a regular clean most of the time. I have to say something about 75% of the time to get things corrected. I knew they were somewhat substandard based upon the level of customer service, however, they lost me when one of the attendants knocked on the hood of my car to get my attention.
