I gave Tony's a try after an online search and boy was I glad I did. I had Tony's install a VIOFO dash cam in my Aviator. They did a great job. On time, on budget and no wires hanging. Tony took the time prior to installation to walk me through what would be done. John sat down with me to complete the settings on the app. I had a few followup questions a few days later and Tony was happy to help and answered all of my questions. Great job. After the successful dashcam work performed by Tony's, I decided to have them do some additional projects. Tony's is a family owned business which treats you like family. They are honest, communicative, and do great work at a reasonable/fair price. A true customer first approach. Hard to find that these days, so if you need a service they provide, you'd be making a mistake looking elsewhere. I can't say enough good things about Lisa and Tony. I took my Aviator back for PDR work and they got all the little dents out that had been bugging me for years. The car looks like new. I also had them replace 2 front speakers in my Toyota Highlander that had been blown years ago. Another great job. I found Tony's after looking online for the best car tint shops in the area - especially those who specialize in working on Tesla vehicles, and they were easily the top result. Tony and his wife Lisa were who we spoke with and who worked on our Model 3 (2021). Tony himself was the actual installer and to say he went "above and beyond" is an understatement. First off, they were able to get us a great deal for the top-of-the-line XPEL XR Plus tint on all glass surfaces. This meant they did all the windows, the glass roof, even the windshield itself - apparently they are able to put an almost clear layer so it doesn't impact visibility that also still manages to block out a TON of heat. Second, when they first checked over the vehicle, they found a handful of flaws I had not seen (we had just gotten the vehicle only days before deciding we wanted to get tint installed before the summer really kicked off), and showed us before ever getting started to put us at ease with how they were going to handle the vehicle and let us know up front of any issues they found. Third, when Tony got to work, he actually noted that at some point some of the paneling had been hastily re-set into place, and was not correctly re-installed... so he took it upon himself to properly correct the issue, bending fasteners that were not correctly attached into their intended positions... meaning when they gave us the car back, not only was the tint installed perfectly, but the car was technically in even better shape than when we picked it up directly from Tesla's own shop in Dallas since now all the internal panels had been fastened as designed from the factory itself! They even registered the warranty for the XPEL tint so we didn't have to worry about any sort of future coverage should any issues occur with the film itself. In the past, I've gone with other tinters and I've had issues come up years later with peeling, cracking, and tearing, but I have a feeling that this is not going to be happening with Tony's work. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else but Tony's from now on. Now we just need to get a time where we can be without the vehicle for a few more days so we can get PPF + Ceramic coating installed on the body. In summary, if you want your vehicle tint installed professionally by some hard-working honest folks who know their craft really well and care about quality - go see Tony and his wife Lisa. read more
