I found Tony's after looking online for the best car tint shops in the area - especially those who specialize in working on Tesla vehicles, and they were easily the top result. Tony and his wife Lisa were who we spoke with and who worked on our Model 3 (2021). Tony himself was the actual installer and to say he went "above and beyond" is an understatement. First off, they were able to get us a great deal for the top-of-the-line XPEL XR Plus tint on all glass surfaces. This meant they did all the windows, the glass roof, even the windshield itself - apparently they are able to put an almost clear layer so it doesn't impact visibility that also still manages to block out a TON of heat. Second, when they first checked over the vehicle, they found a handful of flaws I had not seen (we had just gotten the vehicle only days before deciding we wanted to get tint installed before the summer really kicked off), and showed us before ever getting started to put us at ease with how they were going to handle the vehicle and let us know up front of any issues they found. Third, when Tony got to work, he actually noted that at some point some of the paneling had been hastily re-set into place, and was not correctly re-installed... so he took it upon himself to properly correct the issue, bending fasteners that were not correctly attached into their intended positions... meaning when they gave us the car back, not only was the tint installed perfectly, but the car was technically in even better shape than when we picked it up directly from Tesla's own shop in Dallas since now all the internal panels had been fastened as designed from the factory itself! They even registered the warranty for the XPEL tint so we didn't have to worry about any sort of future coverage should any issues occur with the film itself. In the past, I've gone with other tinters and I've had issues come up years later with peeling, cracking, and tearing, but I have a feeling that this is not going to be happening with Tony's work. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else but Tony's from now on. Now we just need to get a time where we can be without the vehicle for a few more days so we can get PPF + Ceramic coating installed on the body. Tony cleaned my car one hot (117°F) day in June. When I came to see it, it was like falling in love all over again. I think my heart stopped--for just a second, it skipped a beat. The car received a well-deserved waxing giving it a seamless look. It also experienced a deep cleaning despite having selected the lowest interior package option (mind you, it was filled with dog hairs and 6-month-old hiking dirt from the PNW). I normally do not write reviews unless the service I receive is truly exceptional. And I can say unequivocally that the work that Tony performed was as good as I've ever seen. From my first call to Tony's shop, I spoke with his wife Lisa who was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We scheduled a time the following day for me to stop by for an estimate. I would up getting PPF on full front of my vehicle including mirrors, ceramic window tint on all windows including the windshield, paint correction, paint less dent repair and ceramic coating on the paint, PPF, wheels, windshield and front windows . Tony's price was fair but keep in mind he only uses top of the line XPEL products which aren't cheap but are the highest quality in the industry. Tony and Lisa went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and get me in the following day. They indicated it would probably be a 6 day job but Tony worked until after 10PM on Saturday evening and my car was done the following Tuesday which was 2 days earlier than expected. Under promise and over deliver is clearly what Tony and Lisa are inclined to do. As far as the work goes, Tony did an impeccable job; he's so detail oriented that you don't even have do stress or worry about him cutting corners or taking shortcuts. Everything looks fantastic and he and his team threw in complimentary PDR removal of 4 dents AND a full interior detail. I give Tony's Auto Salon Dallas my highest possible referral rating of 5 stars. Tony made me aware that he's received several 3 star ratings recently that are believed to be from competitors trying to lower his perfect 5 star record.
