I wanted to share what a positive experience it was bringing my Honda CR-V over to Wilson at Dallas Detailing & Buffing. After initial inquiries with multiple auto detailing businesses in the DFW, I selected Wilson for his product knowledge, professionalism, demeanor, and effective communication. The location of his business (shared with MMotorWorx in Addison) is easy to get to and in a very clean/safe neighborhood. After discussing the ceramic coating process, I selected the Ethos Max Graphene product, which comes with a 7 year warranty. Throughout the 1 day+ process, Wilson kept me informed periodically which helped as I needed to eventually get a ride back to his work location. Upon picking up the car, the results were phenomenal, both inside and out. I look forward to washing the car for the first time to see how easy the dirt just comes off with minimal effort. (I'm familiar with ceramic coating as I had one of my cars in CA done with the Ceramic Pro product. I called Wilson to see if he and his team could handle a last minute cleaning request when no one else could. They delivered 110%. I requested a complete interior detailing, and they scrubbed out the specific mess and got the rest looking even nicer than before. All my junk I had neglected to properly stow away was neatly placed in a shopping bag in the trunk so I could see all the greatness. They really left nothing behind. The price was significantly less than what I was quoted at several other shops that were going to make me wait until morning, when it would have been too late. It only has 77,000 miles and in really clean condition, but WOW......it didn't even look this good when it was brand new. I can't say enough good about these guys. I picked up a bad door ding that went into the paint Just a month after buying a new vehicle so it was important to me that it get back to looking like new. I got quotes from the big corporate body shops, but l wound up going to Wilson after being referred from another service provider I trust. Dallas Detailing did not disappoint. Wilson worked me in next day, and had my car back to me in about 24 hours. The bigger shops were backed up for 1-2 weeks, and they quoted 4-5 days to complete the work. This was a huge convenience factor because Wilson's quick turn-around saved me the trouble and cost of renting a car. I also talked with Wilson about how important it was to me that the repair be undetectable and he understood my concerns and confidently assured me his crew could deliver. I'm really particular about paint match, surface condition, etc. and there is zero evidence there was ever any work done. His team did a great job on my car, should have taken some before photos. My car was a hot mess, 7up exploded in the back of my car and got all over the roof and seats.
