I was happy at first. I also only did hand washing. In my 2nd or 3rd hand wash, that was when I found out that the top or roof of my SUV haven't been ceramic coated. The way the water pours on it is different vs the rest of the car (even the hood). It did not bead like it's supposed to. So to people going here- make sure the top or roof of your car is done! I wanted to share what a positive experience it was bringing my Honda CR-V over to Wilson at Dallas Detailing & Buffing. After initial inquiries with multiple auto detailing businesses in the DFW, I selected Wilson for his product knowledge, professionalism, demeanor, and effective communication. The location of his business (shared with MMotorWorx in Addison) is easy to get to and in a very clean/safe neighborhood. After discussing the ceramic coating process, I selected the Ethos Max Graphene product, which comes with a 7 year warranty. Throughout the 1 day+ process, Wilson kept me informed periodically which helped as I needed to eventually get a ride back to his work location. I called Wilson to see if he and his team could handle a last minute cleaning request when no one else could. They delivered 110%. I requested a complete interior detailing, and they scrubbed out the specific mess and got the rest looking even nicer than before. All my junk I had neglected to properly stow away was neatly placed in a shopping bag in the trunk so I could see all the greatness. They really left nothing behind. I picked up a bad door ding that went into the paint Just a month after buying a new vehicle so it was important to me that it get back to looking like new. I got quotes from the big corporate body shops, but l wound up going to Wilson after being referred from another service provider I trust. Dallas Detailing did not disappoint. Wilson worked me in next day, and had my car back to me in about 24 hours. The bigger shops were backed up for 1-2 weeks, and they quoted 4-5 days to complete the work. This was a huge convenience factor because Wilson's quick turn-around saved me the trouble and cost of renting a car. I also talked with Wilson about how important it was to me that the repair be undetectable and he understood my concerns and confidently assured me his crew could deliver. I'm really particular about paint match, surface condition, etc. and there is zero evidence there was ever any work done.
