Wish I had read the reviews before using these services. I paid $24 for a titanium car wash that did not come close to getting my vehicle cleaned and it is going to cost me thousands to repair the damages done to my vehicle. I reported the damage before leaving this pace and they told me I'd be contacted within 3 days. This took a week and a half and they denied my claim stating that the damage was prior to the wash which is in fact entirely false. Now this is an ideal i hang to take to court. They Blatantly lied to my face as well stating that my vehicle was the only damage done this day when the manager told me that day that it was the second incident of the day and she was going to go right in to ensure equipment was working properly. I WILL BE PURSING THIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT UNTIL THEY MAKE THIS RIGHT. read more

Went through the Mister Car Wash in Midland MI at the Joe Mann location last thursday May 11th of 2023 Not only was the wash below average for cleaning, the truck was wet, mt the wheels and tailgate still looked dirty along with the windshield. BUT the worse part was my truck was damaged. One of the spinning rags of thier machine was flopping and caught my antenna. It bent the top 4" at a 45* angle. The young man took my information and pictures. Gave me the managers card and 2 free wash cards. Stated the manager will contact me soon. Well it is now the next week, no contact, and when I call it rings and then hangs up. Once again, I wonder how Mister Car wash still exists anywhere?!? read more

When I spend $12 for a car wash, I would like for my entire car to be washed! I used the Midland, Joe Mann location and I was very disappointed. My rocker panels and essentially the entire rear of my Outback looks like it wasn't touched and the rest of my car wasn't much better. There were still bugs all over the front, hood and windshield. I got my car washed in Midland at the Joe Mann blvd location. After the wash, my car had a scratch on the hood going from the headlight to the windshield. I reported the damage. They got back with me after about 5 days and stated that after reviewing the case and watching the footage, they weren't at fault. Their reasoning was that there was no way the brush rolls could have touched my hood because I have a roof rack on the top of my car. I would like someone to explain how roof racks on the top of my car prevented the brush roll from touching my hood. I clearly saw the brush rolls roll over my hood as I was going through the car wash. And, on top of all this, my car didn't come out clean. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

Change is hard for some no matter what the issue is. Fire house equipment was getting old and the wash showed it. The hand drying quality was based on the employee working at that moment. My last few at the old place didn't seem worth the money. Paid couple bucks more than before but now I'm happy with what I see when done. I'm good paying for quality and will be back again and again. I tried to cancel my membership according to their guidelines as in 7 days before the billing date, and after submitting the request the website said my membership status was unknown and nothing else could be done on my part so I waited to see if it went through expecting it to. Well more than a week later I was then charged $30 and so I emailed customer service explaining what had happened and asked for a refund as I had moved hence the cancellation, but of course they said no and sent me the guidelines which I had sent them first basically stating they weren't refunding me. I have used this Midland Michigan car wash place for a couple years and initially I thought the price was a bit high but I was very happy with the cleaning job and actually told others of my good experience. I don't know what has changed but in recent uses I have not been satisfied. I have taken my car thru the process the last three times and it still leaves dirt and bugs. In fact I have talked to the very cordial entrance attendant and he specifically went through the process to alert the entry employee of the dirt problem but this did not change the results...my rocker panels under the doors never got adequately cleaned. See images. In addition bug marks on the front of my car remained as well as some on the side panel... see images. I also see a new scratch mark I suspect may have come from the machinery. This is my favorite car wash ever!!!! The experience always goes very smoothly with all of the updated technology that is used in the car wash line. The car wash is more than just a car wash, it is a whole experience. It's very aesthetically pleasing and also quick and efficient. I always leave with a sparkly clean car. Worst customer service ever! I used the car wash for the winter months and cancelled in the Spring. I was told I could use the wash until the 15th so I used it the very last day and my card was charged. They said no refund because you used the wash in the next billing cycle. They don't care at all. Very DISAPPOINTING!! We miss you Firehouse!! With my car, they did not hand brush any of the car (glass, bumpers, etc.) at entry, only sprayed the soap on. The most disappointing part is the drying. While the automatic dyer buffer does ok on the windshield, the mirrors, side and rear bumper will leave with water dripping, no more hand towel dry. If anyone has $$ to invest in a new car wash in Midland that will properly hand dry a car (while Firehouse wasn't always perfect, at least they did it), they would put the Mister Car Washes out of business in a hurry. read more

Well wish I could give a zero star! Drove late home one night and took in the morning to get the fresh bugs off and 2 passes through and it didn't even look washed!!!! My truck was quite muddy my last trip through Mister and made a stop at another business and was quite disappointed in the results when I got out . So drove back and went through again . Apparently to busy to actually spray those untouched spots , so we had another stop to make on the other side of town and you guessed it the second run through didn't help either . I was going to go back a third time but decided the Mister staff really didn't give a rip so didn't go out of my way to go through again , Thinking I'm just going to take a bucket of water with me and do it myself after I go through 2 times . It is the most impersonal business in town . Actually think the ATMs are more friendly and do a better job. They never spray cars off before you go through no matter how much salt and grime is on them to pre-rinse it so it does not get caught in all of the fabrics. a truck in front of me had a big pine tree branch hanging out of the tailgate and I told them and they didn't even care and let it go through. read more

The worst car drive through wash ever. I almost cannot say wash, yet part of the car was semi clean.They do not rinse any dirt or bugs off before the brushes hit your car, they do not hand dry the cars. So when you exit the wash your car is still wet, with bugs on the front and dirt on the back where the brushes stop moving. read more

Definitely disappointed with this new car wash. It is a huge downgrade from Firehouse. They don't even use a brush to scrub anything on your car so it barely got any of the stuff off of my windshield. All it is is soap and the automatic big brushes which doesn't really do anything. Also there is no cloth or a bag which sucks. And the most disappointing part is that they don't dry your car off at the end. They leave it soaking wet which makes tons of streaks. So disappointed with the new Mister Car Wash. They no longer offer dash wipes or trash bags. And at they end a machine shimmies your hood and windshield only, leaving water spots on the rest of the vehicle. They not only cut jobs but the quality is worse. I have a loaner while my vehicle is getting fixed and used the car wash the day after I got it because it has such a pretty blue sparkle paint, needless to say, before I left with the loaner we had a walk-around and only 1 scratch on this NEW buick encore. After going thru carwash, multiple scratches all over the vehicle! I called, left messages for over a week, had to go into carwash physically to get any help. The asst Mgr took pics and said her Mgr would get back to me, NEVER did! I called number and spoke with customer service, was given the Incident report number, told they will call me within 72 hrs, still never did! I went to carwash today and the manager said he is not taking responsibility for the scratches because not consistent with whatever he would classify as his RESPONSIBILITY and lied statimg he had left multiple messages to reach out to me. Lies. When I asked for manager above him I was told he can relay info to his regional manager and if he wants to reach me he will...wth? Told him I'm never coming back and he didn't care. My vehicle was damaged in 2 spots at my last car wash at Mister car wash. The damage happened on 5/31/21 and was told I'd get a phone call within 48 hours which is their policy, but I received the call more than 72 hours later. A determination was made by Christopher Braun, general manager, that it was not Mister Car Wash's responsibility. Christopher Braun said in one picture the damage couldn't be pinpointed but said his determination was final without personally looking at my vehicle. He interrupted me several times during the phone conversation. I asked if he had a supervisor to discuss this case with, and to discuss his poor customer service. He said that he didn't have a boss and he was the manager of "his car wash". I never got to communicate fully with him before he hung up. I then called another mister car wash and was relayed to the main phone, at which time I spoke to a lady named Justice. She was kind and listened, she said Christopher did have a supervisor named Railey (I'm not 100% sure of name). I've been waiting for her call but haven't heard anything and it's been over 2 weeks since my vehicle was damaged. While the staff is always friendly, the quality of the wash has drastically fallen short of how they previously ran. Firehouse Car Wash was by far better than Mister Car Wash. Having someone scrub the front end and windshield as well as power wash around the tires was necessary (have had splattered bugs still on windshield and front of vehicle after car wash under new name) and having people at the end was a good touch to a dry car, however not necessary. I do miss having a spotless car upon exiting though. Now I have to wipe my car down from the spots not soaked up or blown off at the end. I understand from a business point of view why they changed but they left a lot of customers unsatisfied with their wash. Not sure if the change was a wise investment. Only time will tell. read more

The cars outside the car wash were backed up (as there was a lot of traffic on Joe Mann Blvd). As I was exiting the car wash, I had nowhere to go due to the line in front of me. The car behind me hit me (we were both still inside the car wash-at the very end). I don't know why they could not have stopped the car wash to prevent this from happening. Been there twice since the change from firehouse. Gotta say thoroughly disappointed. No hand brushing as the beginning, which means at least 50% of the bugs stay on your front bumper. The wash itself seems fine. But the tire shine sprayers are a joke so don't waste your money on that. The blow dryers at the end do a poor job of removing water and the dryer roll only really gets the hood and windshield. Now firehouse wasn't perfect but they tried and mostly succeeded. When you left you had an almost perfectly clean and mostly dry car. But now you end up leaving with most of the bugs still there, and soapy water all over the back half of your car. I agree with the other reviews that if there was a new locally owned car wash opened they wouldn't have much of a problem putting this location out of business. Though I've also noticed at least a 50% reduction in traffic since mister car wash took over so maybe they can put themselves out of business instead. Also NO DASH WIPE OR LITTER BAG. read more
