Pretty evident to me that this owner is unmotivated and unconcerned about keeping his commitments to his clients. With that said, I am glad the service was not performed as I highly doubt an individual with such poor work ethic would perform a satisfactory job.

Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it! ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!

Quick, easy, and efficient. I like it! It was slightly more than I've previously paid for a detail, but I'll gladly pay for quality work and excellent customer service. Very disappointing experience at the Millenia location. I came in with fresh bird droppings on the…read morehood of my car -- they had literally happened that same day, and I wanted them off before they sat overnight. I purchased a basic wash since my car is otherwise very clean. The wash barely removed any of the droppings. When I asked the manager, Lei, what I should do, she offered to let me go through again and suggested I ask the attendant to pre-spray the hood more heavily. I did exactly that, but the attendant barely sprayed the area, only hit one side of the hood, and just waved me forward. Unsurprisingly, the second wash didn't do much either. I asked twice -- once of the manager and once of a full-service employee -- if I could simply borrow a brush to scrub the droppings off myself. Both told me they had nothing available, which is hard to believe at a location that offers full-service detailing. When I asked about a refund, the manager instead suggested I purchase a more expensive wash package, and claimed it's "normal" for the wash not to remove bird droppings because the Florida heat bakes them on. Again -- the droppings were only hours old. I was a former member here and cancelled because the wash quality was already underwhelming. This visit confirmed that decision. Two trips through the wash, no working solution offered, no refund, just an upsell. This could have been resolved so easily with a pre-spray done properly or a simple brush. Very frustrating, and I won't be back.
