Very disappointing experience at the Millenia location. I came in with fresh bird droppings on the hood of my car -- they had literally happened that same day, and I wanted them off before they sat overnight. I purchased a basic wash since my car is otherwise very clean. The wash barely removed any of the droppings. When I asked the manager, Lei, what I should do, she offered to let me go through again and suggested I ask the attendant to pre-spray the hood more heavily. I did exactly that, but the attendant barely sprayed the area, only hit one side of the hood, and just waved me forward. Unsurprisingly, the second wash didn't do much either. I asked twice -- once of the manager and once of a full-service employee -- if I could simply borrow a brush to scrub the droppings off myself. Both told me they had nothing available, which is hard to believe at a location that offers full-service detailing. When I asked about a refund, the manager instead suggested I purchase a more expensive wash package, and claimed it's "normal" for the wash not to remove bird droppings because the Florida heat bakes them on. Again -- the droppings were only hours old. I was a former member here and cancelled because the wash quality was already underwhelming. This visit confirmed that decision. Two trips through the wash, no working solution offered, no refund, just an upsell. This could have been resolved so easily with a pre-spray done properly or a simple brush. Very frustrating, and I won't be back. read more

I'll give Waters Car Wash 3 stars for now. I came today 6/27 around 11am for a car wash. I did receive a free car wash coupon in my email and I thought I would swing by and get my car washed. Unfortunately there were two lines that look like they have been waiting there for quite some time. I did pull in and waited about 10 minutes and no movement and I could see the car wash wasn't even running. Maybe they were having a malfunction? I believe it's been rebranded to Waters Car Wash. the first thing to notice is that it is BUSY, the line wrapped around the building. The staff is great though, the guy guiding you through the machine was dancing and having a great time while giving directions. The price was ok. You can use the vacuums for free and they have multiple brushes and sprays that you can use to detail your car. A nice bonus! read more

My first time at this car wash and it was great! When I got there one of the employees greeted me with a smile and gave me lots of information about the car wash, plus he mentioned about a "special" they are running for new members which was very appealing if I was to wash my SUV 3 times a month. Then I drove forward to see another employee to pay for the car wash. Felix also greeted me with a smile and he was very friendly too. After, I drove forward to wash my car, it took few minutes while the machine cleaned up my car. What I liked the most is that with any car wash price, you get "Free" vacuum! Even though I had to vacuum my SUV, I loved that they have plenty of stations to do so, plus at the station they have towels, brushes, glass cleaner, multipurpose cleaner, and others for the customers to make their cars to shine bright like a diamond! read more

This location used to be great. I would regularly pay for the full service detail and was always more than satisfied for the service when there was a good crew of some older gentlemen . I even got a membership with them because the service was always spot on. I went this morning 1/4/2026 for a wash and full service detail and the service was laughable. I ended up having to pull into the self-detail station myself and finish their job after paying for the service + a $20 tip for the gentleman who did the "job". They did not vacuum my trunk with a rubber mat. My interior is a joke. Would not recommend this place and will not be returning. It is not worth your money or time. read more

I was even more enthusiastic when they started offering a family plan. Facilities: Pro: Very similar to other car washes Nice vacuum area and detailing Cons They should have realized people would spend about 30-40 minutes cleaning and detailing their cars. There are only six vacuum areas. On a busy day, it takes over 35 minutes to get the car vacuumed and detailed. Suggestion, OPEN more areas; more than six are needed. Customer Service: When they opened, it was top-notch. As they are getting busier, people got more impatient waiting to vacuum and detail their cars, and customer service has gone down. MANAGER LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE: my last day going to the car wash was Sunday 09/29/2024. I have 4 cars. I purchased the family plan and added all vehicles to the same account. I went with each car and added them. They did not require me to present the credit card that was on file. I DID this with 3 out of the four vehicles. I took my last car on Sunday to add them to the account, and the manager came and asked me for my credit card. I informed him that with the previous two cars, they just ran the cc on file. In fact, he was the one who did that with the third car. Instead, he mentioned that he could not do this and that I had to go home to get the card (already on file) to add the car. I was surprised by the new *policy* he was mentioning, and informed him I did not have the time to return home to get the cc. He could care less. Due to his lack of customer service, at that moment, I canceled my entire membership and would not return to the car wash. This is for the facility owner, Train your managers, or they will put you out of business. If the account was active and they allowed me to add two more cars by running the cc on file, why did the manager decide to make a new rule with the last (four car)? The car wash lost 4 cars together to your closest competitor about 3 miles from you (Johny clean car wash). Don't ever come here it's a scam!!! $10 for the express wash which is fine, but they CHARGE TO VACUUM!!! What in the world?! You get a code to "vacuum for free" but it's only for 10 minutes and you're only allowed to use 1 hose. How do you do the other side of your vehicle???? Every other car wash I have ever been to ever is free vacuum and you're free to use the hoses on both sides. After you enter your code you only get 10 minutes so I stopped the machine thinking I could still use my 7 minutes on the other side. Ha nope!!!! Don't come here scam, for the same price or less you can find a much better car wash that you can freely vacuum using both sides. Also vacuum area is disgusting and they share it with a gas station. I've been coming to this Sweetwater 1-2 / week for 3 years now and I've never been disappointed. Everyone is super professional and the building is well kept (one of the few car washes with a clean establishment!). Every single team member I've encountered has been very friendly. They always provide a joyful greeting. Right at the entrance there is someone sanitizing the touch screen after every customer. Today for the first time I experienced a minor inconvenience. They forgot to remove the antenna and it broke. Honestly, I know I could've said something but I chose not to. Accidents happen and it only costs $10 to get it replaced. These guys are out there working hard during rough times. Their service is simply excellent! I would've hated to be that guy complaining and making their day harder than it was probably. You guys are all superstars! I highly recommend this place and every service they have to offer. I've personally tried the vast majority of them and the prices are very reasonable. P.S. I absolutely do not recommend their Turkey Lake location. Been there once and it was enough for me not to return. Very bad customer service! No empathy at all. read more

Wow the prices have increased since the last time I was here. Last time it cost me under $40 for full service of wash, foam wax, tire shine, interior wiped down, vacuumed, windows cleaned, mats cleaned but now it would cost over $50. Last time they did not do a good job missing bug guts and water puddles in door jams. Today: good service but still lacks attention to detail. Door jams not wiped for excess water and front passenger door not wiped down as it has water spots from before. I wiped it down to get rid of the water spots. I know this place is full of kids on their first job but to pay so much and get results like this needs a discussion about wanting returning customers. read more

The staff doesn't pay attention when you are driving into the car wash to guide you so you don't run over the sides that go on either side of your tires to pull your through the wash. My Ray-ban Sunglasses were STOLEN!! I opted for the wash and vacuum. During the time that my car was being vacuumed by the workers and them driving my car up once finished, my expensive sunglasses were stolen by one of the workers. They left the empty case!! I called about it and the assistant manager told me that the cameras only show the workers taking out the mats. I asked him if the cameras can see directly into my car when the workers drive it towards you when the service is finished, he told me no. Nothing has been rectified. I just moved to the Millenia area and have been looking for a car wash for about a week with little luck until I came across this place. I stopped by on a Wednesday which coincidentally was the day where they have their special $4 express washes. To be warned, this is not really a hand wash car place. They do offer some pricier packages where someone will help you wash their car, but it seems that the majority of the washing gets done by this magical machine with brushes. I was not impressed with how long I had to wait on a Wednesday to get my car washed; about 30 minutes with a long line. I'm not a huge fan of brush washes but for $4 it did a decent job at making my car look clean. The problem with brushes is that it is very easy for them to scratch your car and cause damage, for which the car wash is not liable for. read more

What a problem. In the middle of using the payment kiosk a worker informed me not to proceed because he had to work on it. After he closed the back of it he said to proceed. Of Course after proceeding there was no receipt. I paid for ultimate exterior and interior with tire shine. $54.00. He said they would get me a receipt and to proceed. Went through the wash behind the guy that paid for the express wash. The only extra light service from the car before me was the tire shine I paid $5.00 for. No direction from the standing employees where to go in the three lines for the interior service. When I rolled down window one guy motioned me to proceed. I questioned why the lights for the ultimate were not working. They stated I needed my receipt. Gave them info on what happened at the payment kiosk. They were to have one here for me since the guy could not get one from the kiosk. They sent me to the office and required the last 4 digits of the card I used. A guy Gregory rudely speaking over me as well as guy who stated he was a supervisor and would not give his name. Gregory printed a receipt and gave it to me. When questioned about the service and lights he informed me I got what I paid for. If the foam was used during the wash I got everything. I left since it appeared he was irritated. Went out to my car with the receipt and gave it to the waiting guys and informed them I was going to WAWA and would be back. Upon returning I notice the dirt around the car wheel wells and the bottom of the doors that were opened and was very visible and the rear bumper. Showed this and my dirty finger to the nameless supervisor that informed me they do not wipe these areas, he asked me to go wait in the waiting area and when they leave the car I could come back. I informed him I wanted to speak with his supervisor. The nameless supervisor escorted me to see Gregory. He stated he was refunding the service and they were not doing anything further he asked for my receipt which was given to the his employee. I noticed Gregory had an arm in a sling so I asked what happen since the sling was not on during my first encounter. He rudely informed me it was none of my business and he felt sorry for my husband and family. Gregory is a rude and obnoxious person. It is apparent from him and his staff they do not want to be there or provide the service. Being in quality control this is not acceptable. But since most people in this area are tourist or just shopping in the area they can give this type of one time service. Buyer beware. read more

Great place to stop for a quick car wash at a reasonable price. There are attendants there to guide you into the car wash by guiding you onto the moving belt. Although most car washes I go to physically tell you to take your hand off the wheel and put your car in neutral. When driving into the car wash they are not checking to see if your tires are on the track. So if your not careful it can damage your tires. Did call the Manager to let him know of the danger of them not watching the cars onto the track. He just said let him know if it happens again. To go get the manager so he can look at the video and advise from that point. Not to look out for every customer just as needed!!! read more
