They offer several wash packages, and I think the monthly membership is well worth it if you live or work nearby. My personal favorite is the package that includes the tire shine. My Jeep always comes out looking clean, polished, and refreshed. Another thing I appreciate is the drying system. Unlike some car washes where you leave with your vehicle still wet, their dryers do an excellent job, leaving very little water behind. While this appears to be more of a do-it-yourself setup for interior cleaning rather than a full detailing service, the equipment and amenities they provide make it easy to keep your vehicle looking great. If they don't currently offer detailing services, it might be a nice addition in the future. Overall, Pat's Express Car Wash provides a good value, and excellent amenities. My car went through the wash then I drove over so that someone could vacuum and and clean the inside. There's an indoor waiting area with some chairs and a vending machine. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I thought the price was fair and the location was convenient for me. I would definitely go back here. I was satisfied with the job they did. Honestly they cleaned my car better than when I get the complimentary wash and vacuum from the Lexus dealership.

This multi-service car wash has good and bad qualities that are worth noting. On the positive side, they have just about all of the car washing options on site. You can was your own car for $2. You get 8 minutes of time and can control how the wash goes. If you wanted to spend more money, you could drive through the more formal Express Wash and have a service attendant help you. They also detail your car in this area if you want to pay for that. If you want to vacuum your car only, they have a separate area for that. And if you want a "3 minute, $3" wash, you can do that too. They are open 24 hours for the self-servicing areas if you can't sleep and have a crazy urge to clean your vehicle. But this $3 wash was not something I would pay for again unless my car was only slightly dirty. It does get some of the grime off, but not 100% of it. Maybe only 60% leaving a noticeable 40% still there. You have to be okay only paying $3 though knowing you're going to get a car wash that's only worth that. So if you're goal is just a basic rinse or cleanse, this would be the place for that.

I also stated I could have took it to a dealership or a few businesses and they would have done the shampooing job and detail for a lot less. He proceeded to tell me my vehicle is old, had mold & roaches and stains insulting my car as if it was a 97' Toyota in the junk yard. My car is a 2017 and the cleaning work was light, other than the some stains my child did in the back seats. my car is an average car that gets frequent cleanings every 6 months. I feel disrespected, I had reservations and canceled on a 5 star service to do my car and for $200, out of loyalty for going to the same person and him doing a good job, it was not worth it. He asked me to send him a text with the details so I did. He was very responsive and provided me via text with a quote and detail on how he would clean the truck. He told me he could not get to it the same day, but that he would meet me at my house the next day between 4:30-5:00 (August 10). Sounded great! August 10 came and went, and despite repeated attempts to text and call Daniel, he completely ghosted me. I tried again today (August 11) to no avail. First, I hope he is okay because he was so responsive on Saturday only to go completely silent on Sunday and not even show up. I was really hoping to utilize Alura Services, but this is not a good introduction.
