Since I had a prior cleaning and images to compare it too, I expressed to him the seats weren't as clean as he's done them in the past he offered to fix the back and come out with for an additional fee of $20. I paid him $190 (for upcharges he insisted on) then another $25 for him to return to redo the back. I ask if he can do the front and passenger with the likeness of the back as I seen it looked a lot the first cleaning and he wanted $40 per each seat totally $295.00 for what was originally $150 a full detail. He continually upcharges you instead of taking into the opinion & satisfaction of his client. I then told him this "full detail" is becoming incredibly pricey, going up to $300. I also stated I could have took it to a dealership or a few businesses and they would have done the shampooing job and detail for a lot less. He proceeded to tell me my vehicle is old, had mold & roaches and stains insulting my car as if it was a 97' Toyota in the junk yard. My car is a 2017 and the cleaning work was light, other than the some stains my child did in the back seats. my car is an average car that gets frequent cleanings every 6 months. I feel disrespected, I had reservations and canceled on a 5 star service to do my car and for $200, out of loyalty for going to the same person and him doing a good job, it was not worth it. The seats are still dirty and the air conditioner radio area is not as clean with sticky residue. It was not a good clean. I sent so many people to him for what? There is not a strand of dog hair, speck of dust or anything left in my car. I haven't seen it look like this since I left the dealership. The gold package was $185 and he did a protective coat on my leather seats for an extra $20. He came in at a great rate for all of this and his work is simply AMAZING! He asked me to send him a text with the details so I did. He was very responsive and provided me via text with a quote and detail on how he would clean the truck. He told me he could not get to it the same day, but that he would meet me at my house the next day between 4:30-5:00 (August 10). Sounded great! August 10 came and went, and despite repeated attempts to text and call Daniel, he completely ghosted me. I tried again today (August 11) to no avail. First, I hope he is okay because he was so responsive on Saturday only to go completely silent on Sunday and not even show up. My son got his number and James cleaned his car, making it look like new so i decided that after 2 years of not cleaning my car, going on multiple trips to the beach and out of town and basically living out of it taking my husband back and forth to the hospital, that it was time to have it professionally cleaned and James was my guy! He not only got the ocean smell out but he got all the sand, crumbs, dirt, and dead bugs from my interior and windshield. He is very meticulous, takes his time making sure he gets every bit of grime from every corner. He vacuums every rug and the whole interior, washes the outside and inside, does Glassparency to the front windshield as a barrier between it and the elements. He is a Very hard, Dedicated worker! I messaged CTC Auto Detailing and they responded very quickly through yelp. I was able to make a same day appointment. We did have a little trouble finding my buildings parking garage but once that was taken care of, all was well. He arrived at 4:30 and was finished at 7:30. At 6:30 I went down to check on things because I thought it was taking a long time. But then I saw the work he was doing; and just how hard he was working, so I went back upstairs and let him do his thing. After I got the text message that he was finished I went downstairs to find he had an audience of other people in my building waiting to get a business card.
