So all I have to do is pay the monthly membership and I get unlimited car washes. They have two entrances one for one time pay, and then the membership line. You go through the wash after your selection has been made. Then you drive to the area to fully dry your vehicle. They have area to vacuum your vehicle too. read more

It also damaged our vehicle and they took a picture and said they would do a report and respond within 72 hours to work out the issue and they did not respond within 72 hours. Rude, Unprofessional Staff - Very Disappointed I visited the Patterson, CA Mister Car Wash on June 21st at 9 AM, and I've never been more disappointed. I'm a paying member and expect at least a basic level of respect and accountability. After my car went through the wash, I noticed a piece had broken off my windshield wiper . I brought this to the attention of a manager or employee named Blanca, and instead of being helpful, she was dismissive, cold, and unprofessional. I had to ask another employee for help, and she was equally as surprised by Blanca unprofessional behavior after the 3 interaction of me trying get help with the situation -- Blanca implying my issue wouldn't be documented or resolved because my she assaulted my windshield wipers were on , not to mention that me and 3 other customers were stuck in mid-car wash. Her( Blanca ) attitude was not only unhelpful but made me feel like my concern didn't matter at all. For a location with so many complaints already, I expected better. I pay for monthly membership of $39.99 and will be reconsidering my membership since this is how customers are treated and our hard working money is being wasted, for terrible customer support and service Mister Car Wash needs to seriously review the staff and management at this location. It is unfortunate however true that this car wash does not do a good job. The center of the front and rear do not get clean nor do the wheels. We have two Ford trucks and it's the same for both of them. Including leaving a lot of water spots on the windows. What is even more aggravating is when you pull in to vacuum and the hoses don't work and they fail to put a sign on it. Then you come back the next week and it's still broken. As other reviews have stated, this car wash has gotten worse since it has been converted to a misters from primeshine . I always ask for a receipt to go back through because I know the wash is going to miss so much. I paid for the 18$ wash and it is horrible. The dryer does not dry any water spots what's done ever and the tire shine is a joke. There is no difference from the 10$ wash and the 18$ wash. I wish they would turn this into a fast track car wash because the fast track in Turlock does an excellent job. Not to mention the lady forgot to give my my receipt when I asked for it, so she said she would give it to me after the wash. I had to physically walk over to her to get my receipt. Beware! Mister Car Wash will damage your car and they won't take accountability. I stopped going to the Patterson MCW because my Truck, Jetta, and Tesla got scratched up after going through the wash. It damaged the auto pilot sensor on my Tesla. The car ahead of me could not move forward bc the conveyer did not release the tires. My dashcam showed the car getting stuck. When it was my turn to exit I was getting stuck after the drying station. Manager said the accident was caused by another car but clearly the machine was malfunctioning. Management and owner lied and would not show the footage to me. Today 10/4/23, my daughters brand new Camary got large scratches all over her car at the MCW in Modesto. The manager told her the scratches is "not consistent" and that it was already there prior to the wash. The damage is so large and obvious you'd think the manager would first review the footage before making a conclusion. I read so many negative reviews advising against using MCW. I didn't think it would ever happen to me. All I can do now is warn others. If you get any damage(s) or accidents caused by their machine malfunctioning, MCW will not take responsibility.. read more

I have five vehicles that I bring to this car wash. Two of the vehicles I pay monthly on to consistently get washed. The young lady told me she would determine if my white vehicle was dirty enough to come through a second time. The way she spoke to me as if I was lying about the vehicle still being dirty. The employees are always super friendly and guide us in and out quickly. We like the unlimited wash program since my husband commutes into SF daily and bugs splatter the windshield like crazy. I travel all over the Stanislaus and San Joaquin County area and this is the worst Mister Car Wash of all I use. Most of the time there is at least one or two brushes not working. The trip through the the wash seems like it goes to fast to do a thorough job. And the blowers need to be adjusted to remove the water from the vehicle. read more

I really want to like Mister Car wash in Patterson, I really do. It's got a decent location, and the monthly wash club is a pretty good savings over the pay as you go approach, the automatic scanner is handy (when it works), and it's pretty good if you wash your car often. However, compared to other locations, Patterson is really disappointing... when it was built as a Prime shine it was ok... but the dryer never really gets your car dry. Since it has become a mister it has continued to diminish in quality. They changed the soap, and it now doesn't get your car as clean, and they rarely bother to spray the bug spray on your grill and windshield when you approach. If they do use the bug spray, they give it about 25% of what they used to, so if you have bugs, you have to go through at least twice to get them off. I'm overall disappointed with this location, but they're really the only one in town. Such a shame! read more

This specific location should just be shut down, I am absolutely over it. I started a subscription with them when I moved out here in 2021, and I've just been trying to give the benefit of the doubt and not let their service bother me because the convenience of them. The quality has gone down so bad that it's actually an inconvenience coming here now! From their vacuums damn near never working, to the machines scratching up your car, down to the most important part to me- CUSTOMER SERVICE. I understand the state of the world we are in and a lot of people are accepting jobs solely based on pay, I get it but my goodness. It seems as if they only hire teenagers that can care less about their job, and hate being there. I usually take things for what it is and don't complain, but the few times I have complained or had to speak to the employees it hasn't been pleasant. This past time was the icing on the cake for me! I had an issue with my account, and I was told I had to speak directly to the location I go to. I approached the greeter, and long story short she needed the manager and had to keep running back and forth with questions and answers. At this point she's ran back 4 times, and I request the manager to come out and speak to me because why would you not? Why would you keep sending her to me with responses, and not want to come and talk to me your self? Out comes this girl whose body language is screaming annoyed, and she immediately starts talking with no introduction or understanding of what I wanted. I explained to her what was going on, and showed her what I received in my email. Looking dumbfounded, she finally expresses she didn't know what to do (which I already figured out), and that I needed to call customer service. I left, called customer service and the pleasant representative shared her concerns and confusion about why they weren't able to help me. She sent them a message with Instructions, and said they'll contact me within 72 hours. It's been 3 weeks. I'm over it. All businesses has issues, none are perfect but for as many complaints this place has it just seems that no one cares to do anything about it. A wonderful car washing experience. The clerk, Brandi, was super helpful and explained thoroughly what each wash consisted of. The line flowed quickly and the wash itself was quick and detailed. I come here maybe 5 times a year to get a mediocre car wash. The last time I came here, I was double charged because a machine wasn't working and the employee ran my cars twice. I even asked her if it charged me twice and of course she said no. So when I saw the double charge at my bank, I called corporate and they found the double charge. An employee from the store called me and gave me two options. Either a refund or a free premium wash. Told him I'll take the wash but it'll be probably a month before I come in. He said no problem and just to tell the employee my name. I should have known better and asked for an email or something confirming. I go in today, park and let the girl at the stand know the situation. She says, no problem pull around. I pull up and she asked for an email. Which I don't have because they called me. Next thing I know a supervisor comes out. She was nice but acted like i was trying to get a free wash "I'll take of it today" "We normally get emails". Not my problem that the person who called me didn't communicate. I knew I should have just called my bank and had them do a charge back to the store as fraudulent. Never again.
