A touchless car wash. TOUCHLESS! Need I say more? I was in the need for a car wash, but didn't have the time to do it myself. With a brand new vehicle I am extra careful where I go and automatic car washes could potentially have brushes that scratch your paint. Everyone knows this. A family member told me there is a touchless car wash in Ceres and so I came to check it out. They provide three different wash options: Better, Best, and Good. As of July 2024, the prices of each are $10, $13, and $16, respectively. They not only provide single washes but also limitless monthly programs! That is available for $23, $33, and $40, respectively. Per my family, the prices have only gone up by one $1 in two years, which is pretty amazing since we are in an inflation. I always go for the Best single wash. This service includes a complimentary free towel, car freshener, and dash wipe! Before the service, the worker also pre-soaks and scrubs your vehicle to get the grime off. The wash is very clean and thorough. You just drive up to the middle of the wash and let the machine do its work by going around multiple times. At the end is a slow blowdry. Not only the wash but this place has vacuum stations too! Just came to the car wash today. I've been a member for about three months. The first few days I came it was OK service but as I've been coming, it's getting worse. They only have one employee doing both car washes at the same time today I was the second one online the only employee that wash my l car didn't even brush my car Only spray water and brush my windows. They're doing a horrible job. They need more support. Honestly, probably the worst car wash to go to. Their ads don't match what it's like in person. They make it seem great with good customer service, clear communication, and your car looking super clean. Literally all wrong. There was no communication at all, and the customer service was horrible. Everyone looked like they hated their job, just sitting around and trying to avoid cars coming in. My car was washed, but it still had bird poop and dirt on some parts, and there were water streaks. They're supposed to dry your car off at the end, which the workers completely avoided. $15 down the drain. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it's not worth the money. I hope they fix the issues going on, because it won't be successful with a bad team and a negative environment. read more

This place has the potential to be very good business. The quality of the wash itself is very good, but the workers are lazy. I bought the unlimited full service wash for $40 which includes the premium wash package. They hand wash your car (with a mop) before you enter, and they towel dry it upon exiting. At least that's what they are supposed to do. On three separate occasions they failed to give me the complete service that I paid for. read more

Maybe I had high expectations but they did not meet my standards. The worker scrubbing my car with the brush scratched my car with the handle. My car was still dirty and even worse it was full of water spots. They can definitely improve on how they dry the car as well. 1/10 I do not recommend. read more

Tried their "better" touchless car wash for $12. The employee was super friendly and explained the process. He did a pre-wash bug spray. The car wash itself was thorough. After we went through the dryers the employee wiped the windows all down to make sure no water remained. Worth the price! The self serve car wash is only $3 and vacuums are available for free. They have a touch less car wash bay, vacuums, and also some DIY car wash bays. They take both cash and card, and very reasonably priced. The car wash is very clean and feels safe. Had a great experience with hand washing attention to the many bugs on front and windshield. Also hand drying after the air dryer - getting all remaining drops and the side mirrors and windows. First time using this car wash, I used the touch less $15 wash. The truck has been ceramic coated since it was bought, and this wash did a better job than the pet wash on coffee. It's $4 more however I saw they also offer a monthly subscription at $37. The benefit to this is its down the street from home plus it doesn't have the rail guides so no risking any curb rash in the wheels. The choice we got also came with a interior wipe, an air freshener plus a drying towel. That alone has more than a $4 dollar value. Truck hasn't been washed in 2 weeks and I was expecting a light layer of thin dust like the other wash we go to leaves but nope. This one got it all off. Extremely happy and will definitely make this my go to wash when my detailer isn't available!!! read more

Had berries all over my car from the tree outside my house and went to get a wash and wanted to go around twice to get the berries fully removed since I pay for the membership and was told on the second time around that it was once a day and that I'd have to pay 20$ to go again even though I'm paying for a membership.
