I like this car wash, doesn't take long to go through, I'm lucky I can go there when it's not real busy. I really like the unlimited plan, a real plus value for me cuz I have to park near trees & you know birds. I also drive over dirt roads frequently so being able to wash frequently is a nice thing. Wow. I'll be short. Look at the wash. The pictures says it all. One side forgot to scrub but the other side did. Even the side they scrubbed, Appears they scrubbed with the power of an infant. Now could I just Go through the drive-thru again? Yes but I would have to wait in the long line. Wasting my time now. Everyone I know agrees this is the best car wash in town, but sometimes I just feel so bad coming!! Majority of the workers look miserable and I came through just this past windy morning and asked the younger lady charging me if there was anything they used to keep warm. She said their inside room had a heater but they weren't allowed to go in!! Why wouldn't they allow them! After that my car was washed decently good enough, and I can assume because they were to cold to care. The people working and the time of day is what really determines how well your car is washed. I do not blame the young lady, I have seen the same people do a better job in the afternoon than in the morning. But by the looks of it this company does not seem to care much about its employees or quality of the wash anymore. Very disappointing. read more

I never use drive through car washes and the day I do my windshield gets CRACKED. not only that but I have been trying for 3 MONTHS to get ahold of someone to file a claim and everyone has been super UNRESPONSIVE. Basically a gas station car wash with attendants. The price is decent for what you get and you get to use the vacuum stations for free with a car wash ($1 without). You can get towels from the attendants to wipe out the inside, but there are times when they forget to offer them to you. Service is very dependent on the mood of the attendants at the time, but luckily they are an okay bunch to work with. Great place to get your car washed if you can't be bothered to do it at home, but otherwise nothing special. read more

The bugs on the front end of the vehicle and windshield are never cleaned adequately eve if you point them out. Additionally, the people at the exit are more interested in conversing with each other than paying attention to what they are supposed to be doing. It is a very consistent pattern. Took my wife's new Escalade through and when I came out rear wiper broken off. Just hanging by hose for window washer. Filled out a incident report, was told I would hear from someone in ~3 days. Happened on July 6 and have been back 3 times and spoke to on duty manager who has absolutely no say in anything. Told Mike the owner would be contacting me all 3 times, as of this review "Mike the owner" has NOT contacted me!! The next stop is LEGAL action! Why would a service business not take care of their customer, a customer who has a monthly membership. It's greed and irresponsible business management. I went through this car wash about a month ago expecting a clean vehicle. I left with a dirty vehicle, excessive damage of almost $10,000 due to a metal item stuck in the spin brush that hit my vehicle multiple times, and no refund of my $13 wash. I was told by the manager and the owner that I would receive the video tape, but have not received anything. After taking a road trip & having lots of bugs on the front of my vehicle, I was looking forward to having a clean vehicle to start the week. I usually really enjoy going to this facility. I'm even ok with sitting in a long line. BUT...the young female (I was told her name is Hannah)that was working the left side of the sprayer/brush was horrible. The young lady on the right got my vehicle sprayed, scrubbed, & power washed while the the one on the left didn't get it power washed until she stopped the car mover & ran up to half-assedly spray part of the side of my vehicle. She didn't touch the front or windshield where most of the bugs were. So much for that wash. She needs more training not only in operations but in basic customer service. read more

The service here is always fast and everyone is always friendly. They're about the same price as the gas station car wash but free vacuuming. They also wipe it down which much better than the gas station. This is my go to car wash. They even have a 3 or 4 day free re-wash, depending on which package you buy. read more

Great car wash but they need to do a better job reminding us drivers to put down our antennas. Totally forgot that my antenna was up and when I went through the car wash it broke my antenna. So instead of a 15 dollar car wash now I'm out 50 for the wash and 35 bucks for the antenna and a couple hours worth of work to do it. read more

I've been coming here for 10 years now. I started on Lander Ave. Location. Then they opened this one from accross Costco very much more convenient. Service has always been better than the leading competition here in Turlock. These guy's actually dry cloth your car vs. Having your car wet after the wash whitch is pretty annoying. read more

We are always happy with the service provided for all our cars. Fast Track always wipes our windows and major surfaces down to avoid spots. Their vacuums are always working. I appreciate the moist towel to wipe down the inside. We highly recommend Fast Track. read more

Although this just doesn't compare to a hand car wash, it is so much better than the other local "tunnel wash and vacuum" places around Turlock. Here they have several people hand spraying your wheels and grill for bugs before you go through, two or more people who dry off your car, and an actual microfiber towel for the inside. I'm not sure the extra options above the cheap wash actually do anything, but I never feel like I am getting a bad deal here like I do the other ones. read more

This place is pretty cool. Essentially it is an automated car wash, but there are people there who prescrub your car before it goes through the wash. They also give you a rag to wipe down the inside of your car while you go through the wash. When you come out the other side there are people who dry your car off. They also have vacuums available for the inside of your vehicle. The price is a little more than they charge at those gas station car washes, but since we're in a drought here in California it's not a bad way to go. read more

Another disappointing visit -the male at the beginning spent his time talking and not spraying or scrubbing -the female at the end only dried half the car and just stopped. Fantastic car wash off the 99! I had about an hour or so to kill before my appointment in Modesto and I had just driven up from LA - so when I saw this place off my next exit I decided why not. I got the $14 "Platinum" car wash. My Range Rover went through the car wash no problem and I didn't get any scratches that other people reported getting. It's always a chance with these drive thru places tho. They give you a towel to borrow and there is windex at the vacuum stations. Overall a solid, cheap and easy car wash. Would repeat if I am ever in the area again. read more

Fast Track is a nice addition to the Costco Shopping Center. It offers the same services as its competitor. They do a few things differently. First off they don't just power wash stuff off your hood and rear before you go into the wash, they will scrub it too, which for tough dirt does a way better job. Then not only does it air dry you, they hand dry your vehicle with a towel after the wash. The "token" for the free vacuum is cheezy to me. Just offer the vacuums free all the time, like the competitor. Also if they offered a price plan where you buy the most expensive wash and get a second one at half price within 5 days like the competitor I would used them exclusively. That discounted wash alone is what makes me go to the overcrowded competitor everytime, unless I have a coupon for a free wash or a discounted wash. read more

Went on 8/5/17 to have my truck washed. Paid for platinum wash , 15.00. Shitty ass wash. Didn't even wash the bird droppings off the side of the truck. And to top it off the person drying the truck didn't even try to wipe it off or notify me to rerun it. Crappy customer service. read more
