There's always dirt and scratches left from the washer and the water only works half the time. Don't waste your time or money.

I went through three times drawing to wash my car, especially the back... It was not especially dirty, just regular dirty... What a waste of time and money and effort... They offered to use a rag to rub in all the dirt into my paint. I told him no I would just go home and wash my own car. They turn the conveyors down the water down and everything else down if it's busy. Not a happy camper. read more

This car wish actually pretty good! I got the unlimited pass for about $20 a month and i feel like it pays for itself rather quickly. They only reason I give it 4 stars is that the dryer part of the car wash is kind of short. Thus there are still wet spots left throughout the car. Now they don't have people drying off your car. I have to clean my windshield because of all the water spots. I have to wipe down a few places on the body of my car for the same reason. I have been a member there for about 7 months and this was my first wash after they installed an extra set of blowers and got rid of the people drying your car on exit. So today around 1:30 on 4/25 my car hit the toe hitch of a truck while in the car wash process.. the truck in front of me the track slipped from the tires and caused it to stop and my car kept going forward my car was pushing the truck the rest of the way out... The truck dented my license plate on my Dodge Challenger so we looked at the cameras and they said the truck hit the breaks so it wasn't there fault that it was the trucks fault.. so we walk out the office and another set of cars 15 min later did the same thing so shits fucked up there and all they offered was $6 to fix my license plate.. if it happened within 15 min of each other then something is wrong with the system so I will be calling down to the big office.. be careful don't go in to close to the next car read more

I have a monthly membership to Mister Car Wash; I especially like being able to wash my van often in the winter months. Lately I have noticed that the back doors and windows of my small van do not get cleaned. The vertical rotating brushes use to go all the way around my vehicle, now they stop before getting to the back. My suspicion is that by not having the brushes go all the way around you can get more vehicles onto the belt and stacked closer together. I am not happy with this as I have to go to a self-car wash to wash the back of my van. If it is not changed back to the way it was soon, I will cancel my membership. Carl Ballinger. read more

If selecting the platinum all the works, you expect to have all the services done what you play for. From time to time you don't get the tire shine and that's important and you noticed it after getting home. I have mentioned it to the staff at the kiosk it's always something it was not working or it may have given it to another client that they didn't pay for. The camera picks up your vehicle and the system knows each car what services is needed. Worker apologize but we move on. I continue to go because they do good work. read more

Whenever I get a haircut, I always feel so great afterwards. I spend the rest of the day running my hand up and down the freshly-shorn back of my neck. I imagine this is how my Civic feels after a trip to Octopus. The wash is an ~experience~, with lots of bright lights and the closest thing to an assembly line I've ever been on, and you can spend all the time you want vacuuming and scrubbing and Armor-Alling before you go through the wash. The staff here also seems much friendlier than the folks at their competitor, Patriot, across town. I'm a happy camper. read more

Value! The value here is what is amazing! When I used to live in Pueblo, I lived in Stonemoor Hills. I was always going through mud and dirt and rain. I would come here for a cheap and great car wash. The best thing is that you can use the vacuums as long as you need them! This car wash actually gets your car super super clean! After a few weeks of driving between Denver and Pueblo, coupled with the snow dump turned spring weather, my car was in desperate need of a cleaning. A quick search on Yelp revealed Octopus Car Wash, which was conveniently located halfway between my temporary apartment and my job and also seemed to have fair prices. So, one day after work I decided to stop by. My only mistake was picking one of the first nice days we had - because I'm pretty sure the entire city of Pueblo had the same idea as me. Holy line batman! Cars were waiting in the median to turn into the car wash. Fortunately they had 2 lines forming, and so it moved relatively quickly. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It was my first time there, so I didn't know how payment would work, or about any of the extras (both free and paid services) and the employee took the time to explain them to me. I opted for the basic external wash for $8 that also included a free air freshener and use of the vacuums. I can be a bit sensitive to smells, so asked which of the scents were the most mild. He suggested 3 and I decided on "linen". It was fairly potent, but now is quite pleasant and lives in the passenger side air vent. Since the lines were so long, I decided might as well use the vacuums - most cars seemed to skip this step for some reason. Super powerful and now the inside of my car looks as good as the outside. After I was done with the vacuums, I backed out of the spot, and someone was kind enough to let me back into line. I could tell she was a little annoyed, but she waved me in and I felt justified because it's not like I zoomed to the front and weaseled in that way. Ha. But after spending 30 minutes between the lines, the vacuums and the actual car wash, I was happy to be on the road home with my squeaky clean car. Note: the wash is gentle and there are employees who hand dry your car at the end. Excellent service for a great price. read more

Nice staff but it was an assembly line so I have no idea if I actually got the 'premium' wash that I paid for. And the back of my vehicle was still dirty-not sure why they spray the front but not the back. Definitely not worth $20. I can get a unfinished car wash at a gas station for $8. Once again the car wash on the south side of town was out of order. This has been a reoccurring thing with this location which causes extreme backups and hour-long waits at the northside location. This car wash was leaps and bounds better when it was the Patriot car wash. read more

There is a history of them getting away with their car wash ruining your car and not fixing it even though it is so obvious what happened. The manager and general manager it might even be a regional manager are trained to protect the store the company and their jobs and they will not fix or even open your claim. they have no mechanical certifications but yet they will tell you that you caused the problem when in fact it's their car wash that did. there is a piece of molding in the lane that was very large my car had to be bumped and dragged over , and the expert general manager told me because I turned left I was the problem! in fact if that piece wasn't there to impede the process and have me create a a unnatural reaction is never would've happened. I highly advise you to not go to that car wash either one or that one or the southside they do not care about their customers they do not care about their cars they only care about their jobs and corporate doesn't do nothing corporate lets these monkeys dictate your life and your situation when they are not qualified to do that they have no schooling no training they are not mechanics that hold certifications they don't even look at your car they only look at the video!!!! it is a horrible place a horrible experience completely terrifying to even know that a business like this can destroy your car and get away with it and call you the idiot is so freaking disturbing and disgusting. You cannot go there ever you will experience this I am now talking with people and I have a group of people that have dealt with the exact same thing and they all say the same thing that because of what they did it ruined their car so these monkeys are trained to say that and corporate lets them get away with it so I'm just saying for $20 a month for a Russian roulette game with your car it's not worth it !!!! you don't know when they're going to destroy it. We were very happy with this place when it was Octopus, but since changing to Mister it's awful! My car has swirly scratches all over it from the brushes, my daughter's Jeep NEVER got clean on the back despite running it through multiple times back to back. Recently, my husband took his suburban and it came out filthy on the back end. They also used to have people towel drying the vehicles at the end, but they told me they had to stop that practice for "safely" reasons. We canceled all 3 of our preferred memberships. read more

WARNING!!!!! DON'T GO HERE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! If they're carwash causes damage they will blame you! They cracked my windshield and left me with a $500 deductible! The manager is a total buffoon. He said that the crack was the result of a chip on the windshield....the thing is my windshield had two other chips that were completely unscathed. They're a corporation and I'm a public school teacher. Because of them I don't really have any money left for the last bit of my summer vacation. If you value your vehicle or yourself as a customer, don't waste your money. I'm posting the letter I sent their company as well. I have been a member since October or November of 2018 and now you have lost a customer. I will do my hardest to get as many people as I can to not use your service. I've taken my car to get washed at this location about once a week. The last time my windshield cracked the moment the wash started. The outside temperature was in the low 90s. I can't remember the managers name but he told me you are not a fault because there was a tiny chip. My windshield had two other chips in that didn't change in the slightest. When this location was the Octopus car wash they did a spectacular job with my husband's truck. They took the time to really wash the tire wells and the sides if they had tuck on mud. We just got out from the now, Mr. Car Wash, and there is still mud on the sides of the truck and the wheel wells. If you have a truck with dry mud on the sides this is not the place to go. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the free vacuum cleaning (with the purchase of a car wash). read more

Rip off!!! No sense of compassion. I was traveling in vacation with my family. We overnighted in Pueblo. We had a bag of pancake mix explode in the back of our SUV, so I needed a quick vacuum to clean it up. The hotel directed me to Octopus car wash. The good news is that they have "free" vacuums. However, the attendant said it was $5.00. Free if you buy a car wash. I pleaded, as I only needed a couple minutes, but no avail. Wound up going around the corner to Laser Carwash & Vac and it cost me $0.75. What happened to just being nice?? It's not that hard to help people out. I like the monthly service & convinience of the express lane for such members, but it's not worth paying for when my car comes out dirty even after the wash. Been 3 days in a row, still have same mud on car from the first day & I leave with window spots every time. Only one person pre-spraying car down on driver side, so passenger side comes out even more filthy. Why am I paying $30 a month for this when I get home & have to re-wash my car? read more

I'm not sure how any other car wash can remain in business. The value is incredible. They have standard car washes that range in price from $8-$14. The most awesome part about this place is the FREE VACUUMS! Let me say that again FREE VACUUMS! No more rushing to suck all that filthy crap that's been ground into the carpet for a month. Take a much time as you need there. Then, sit back and enjoy the show as you are taken through a wash that feels like you're on the set of some crappy 1950's Sci-Fi movie. There's lights flashing, tentacles everywhere, and a blow dryer that sounds like your moving at mach 3 through the atmosphere. If that's not enough, you also get two air fresheners that will cover up even the most horribly foul, rotting-corpse-in-the-trunk stench that nature can muster up on a hot summer day. read more

On a work trip my car had gotten very dirty from weather. I found this car wash a few blocks from my hotel. You pull up and choose your wash, you vacuum your own car and then drive through the wash. Guys are there with pressure washers spraying off the bugs before you enter the car wash, then at the end, there are guys there wiping the car down and putting tire shine on! Wow, I am impressed and that is not easy to do. Wash was fantastic, my car looks great! I wish the drive through car wash in my hometown was this awesome! read more

After waiting for about 20 minutes in a very busy line once I got near the front a girl came and told me that I could not go through because of the thing I had in my trunk so I explained to her that I had been through the car wash about 20 times with the same thing and that it did not fit inside the truck all she said was that I could not go through And that I have gotten lucky those 20 times it's dumb that I pay 90$ every month for 3 memberships to a car wash I supposedly cannot use all of a sudden for my truck will for sure be canceling all memberships and just going to patriot at least they are cheaper and don't just throw your car in for 20sec when it's busy. read more

We paid over $700.00 for car wash tickets that we ended up not using and returned. After speaking with the manager we mailed the tickets back in return for a refund. The refund never came and a few weeks later we were told the envelope was empty - notice they did not call us with that information only used it as an excuse. All told we are out $1,400.00 in currency and merchandise. We went through BBB to try and resolve and all they did is continue to post they couldn't get ahold of us even though we were in constant communication. Add this to the abysmal service they provide and it equals a buyer beware scenario. We miss Octopus! Thankfully they are opening a new car wash in Pueblo West because Mister Car Wash sucks! read more
