I recently returned to this location only to have them RUIN THE REPUTATION I THEY HAD EARNED over the first 2 visits. They told me (1) brake pads, (2) rotors, (3) calipers, and (4) shocks & struts were all in dire shape. They threw credit application after credit application at me in order to "help" me afford these repairs. I knew something was fishy. They didn't include pictures this time like they had previously. It was really suspect because my truck had been checked by previous manager/mechanic just 5,500 miles before, so I drove to Denver to see my best friend and mechanic I've known for 30+ years. He showed me the pads (near new) and the piece of paper that had been inserted inside to cause "squeaking." He showed me how the struts had normal wear and no leaks as they had said. He pointed out how the calipers were fine also. The rotors had no "pitting" as the mongoloid mechanic had tried to scam me into believing. I doubt they even changed my oil since they couldn't even complete the normal process for that (printing the sticker, etc.). I would never recommend, let alone go back, to this criminal location - likely never return to ANY Midas anywhere, ever! read more

We were headed to Pueblo to bowl in the Women's State Tournament when we hit a snow storm on Monument Pass. The stop and go seemed to take forever. My husband has bad legs and we didn't expect to be i that kind of weather. His legs froze up and slipped off the brake and slammed on the gas pedal. We flew into the car in front of us. The man got out and was yelling and calling us bad words. I called 911 and explained what happened and that I was afraid for our lives. He was crazy out there. He waved down a police officer and when the two of them were walking up to the truck, I got out and took pictures. We exchanged information and finished our trip to Pueblo. Once we got there, we realized that every time we turned the wheel to the right, the front fender would rub on the tire. We needed an angel to help us out and pull the fender away for the tire. Being a Saturday morning, and not knowing the town, I found a Midas not from from our hotel. I called and asked if they could help us. I was told they were not a body shop. When I explained what had happened, Joshua Gulley said he would look at it and might be able to help. Joshua was our Angel! After a few swings of his 2 pound hammer, he was able to move the fender enough to where it wouldn't rub anymore. THANK YOU JOSHUA! You truly are an Angel. Moral of this story: Call Midas for any work you need any service on your vehicle. They go above and beyond to help out. read more

Don't waste your money and time with this joke of a shop. Took my daughter's car in for an oil leak. First, they replaced the turbo. first day got it back still smoking. Went back they determined the turbo was faulty and replaced it again. First day I got car back still smoking. Took it back again they replaced the oil cooler. First day back still smoking And now overheating. The car was in the shop 15 times over a 3 month period and when we left it was still not fixed we wasted 6k dollars for repairs that were never even done to the car. They used a drywall screw to attach the underpinning they damaged. I took it to a reputable shop and they had to take the turbo apart and re do all the oil lines and coolant lines. They also found that they stripped the heat cover while doing the work. Untrustworthy from the owner to the lowest tech on staff. I had to fight just to get them to troubleshoot their own faulty work. Worst experience in my entire life with any mechanic. They will lie to you, steal your money and provide subpar work. No one sticks around very long. I dealt with 3 different managers in 3 months. This place should be shut down!! read more

New owners are great. Everyone is helpful and very nice. They can fit you in their schedule relatively easily and they are very knowledgeable. They never try to upsell you with stuff you don't need. I get my oil changed here and also my alignments etc. would recommend! read more

Terrible service, avoid at all costs. Should have known when midas empty & discount tire down street was packed! Had flat tire from Denver midas shop & tried to see what pueblo store could do & got very rude & aggressive responses from store clerk (one w/messed up teeth). Will avoid midas brand in future as the poor service & no help from pueblo shop very unsettling. read more

I recently discovered that my brakes were grinding. I called Midas and asked I could schedule an appointment. Kenny Peterson (the store manager) was very helpful and courteous. I was not only able to bring my car in, the same day. They also were able to replace my brake pads and rotors. All within a few hours. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very impressed with the staff and the store. The price was decent, considering my brake pads/motors were replaced and that my rear brakes were cleaned. I would highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming again, if I happen to be in the area! read more

Service was done but not done right, had issues with my brake calibers and with the torque of my nuts on my wheels.. They got paid and I got swindled out of my car getting properly fix on.. Its not my place of picking but if you can get good service elsewhere I would recommend it. read more

Run! GO ELSE WHERE! Traveling through had horrible service. Said they were busy at 8 am when they opened...no one else was there. Not any other customers or vehicles in the bay. Decided to grab a bite to eat. Came back an hour later and they were sweeping and carrying the garbage out instead of working on my vehicle. Told them to just take it off the lift we'll go elsewhere after waiting an hour and a half and literally all they had done was put the car on the lift. read more

Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable !!! I have always been Leary on taking my vehicles to mechanic's alone since I'm a woman ( no matter how knowledgeable I try to be) . You hear so many horror story's about people being taken advantage of. I've been going to Midas for 3yrs now and no matter the Case Dan, Dean and Chris have always been honest and did a great job. Even when Dan knew I couldn't afford what I needed he still gave me correct knowledge so when I could afford the cost I knew what to look for. Great customer service and honest. Had a great experience here - I was greeted warmly by the Assistant Manager as soon as I walked in, and even though they were very busy , I did not have to wait too long for them to get me in. Everything was explained to me in detail in regards to what needed to be taken care of now, and what I could get done at a later date. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. I was called every step of the way if there were any changes or findings (something that I did not get at other repair shops). I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here - they have my business from now on! read more

WORST AUTO EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER MIDAS ANYWHERE BUT ESPECIALLY NOT THIS ONE!!! WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR!!! I was wanting to get a simple oil change on my car, when I pulled up there were no cars in any of the car ports and the mechanics were all standing around one of the big machines....didn't look too busy to me!!! Also there were only two other cars in the parking lot, again not busy!! I waited in line patiently listening to the rude salesman checking in the customer in front of me. Then when he finished with him, the salesman started talking to the other guy that was there completely ignoring me and then walked out to talk to his mechanics. I should have just left then but I was trying to not be rude myself. Then when the salesman returned to his seat (Cause apparently typing information into a computer is hard work he couldn't possibly stand...) I asked how long an oil change would take, his reply, not even looking at me just working on his computer, 'we can only do appointments to at this point'......what??? This was the worst auto experience I have ever had!!! read more
