Great option for a car wash. Needed one bad after the snowstorm and dropped by here. Typical washer with the attendant at the kiosk. I wasn't hassled on memberships or anything. What can I say about Mister Car Wash? Not only is the service incredible but it's nothing in comparison to the staff , Austin , who recently went above and beyond to help me when a computer issue locked my SUV while running at the vacuum station. He made sure I had access to a phone to call for roadside and offered help during this time, I think it's the people that make the difference and Austin and the team were amazing, it's nice to see a company that still values customer service and employees. read more

The last 2 times I went there to wash my SUV they were missing one employee so the passenger side was NOT pre-sprayed, the employee on the driver side did NOT spray the front of my SUV and did a POOR job spraying the top of the rear bumper plus the back end. Paid for the $10.00 wash and gave (attendant ASKED for it!) a $2.00 tip, in advance. They SHOULD pay their workers more money instead begging for tips. When I got home I noticed there were many spots still covered in dirt and road salt, I suggest people should go somewhere else. read more

I have been hesitant to go through a car wash since Firehouse got bought out by these guys.. but it's winter in Michigan and you know how that is. Apparently you can still get a wash even if you are not a member, it will just take a few more seconds to pay instead of tapping a card. The guys just hose down your car a little before the machines take over. Firehouse would wipe dry afterwards but not here. It was a noticeable difference in quality but it got the ice and salt off for the most part. If I remember correctly it is about the same price as before for equivalent packages but there are a few steps left out as others have mentioned. It'll do when I can't wash it at home. read more

I miss the hand-drying the former owners provided. Plus you could tip at the end of the wash after seeing the results of the wash.

Sad this isn't firehouse anymore. Staff was nice and they informed us that we are still able to use the prepaid coupons that we previously purchased until April of 2020. Sad that our truck was not wiped down at the end of the wash and wasn't as clean or dry as firehouse used to get it. No dash wipe or bag either which was always nice too. read more

Worst car wash ever, and I am 72 years old, so I have seen plenty. Paid for the $10.00 wash and gave (attendant ASKED for it!) a $2.00 tip, in advance. Got home, the entire passenger side and back end were hardly touched---a filthy mess! NEVER again! Had my car washed twice at Center in Bay City, MI. Twice they ripped the cover off my side mirror. Had to go back, they looked for it, it was nicked up, they did reinstall. My car had 3000 miles on, it was new my boy friend said to let it go, I did. Went a second time same thing! Now, I drive to Midland to Fast Eddies! read more

I am so sad that the Bay Road location is no longer Firehouse and the quality wash that they provided. The Firehouse prewash was superior and it was so nice to get a trash bag, dash wipe, and towel dry. For the same price mister car wash gives you nothing more than a cheap mechanical wash that can be found anywhere in Saginaw for a much lower price. mister car wash will spritz your front windshield before you enter the wash tunnel, but nothing more. My car was not clean after going through the car wash today, with bugs all over my front bumper and lower part of door panels still dirty. And my car was not dry. So so disappointed with their quality of service. What do I miss, the Firehouse superior pre wash of my wheel wells, lower rocker panels, front and back bumpers, and a clean car that is dried off by the friendly staff of Fire House. I guess it's time to try the other car washes in town. read more

Been coming here to get my truck washed but I agree with others that Firehouse was a much better experience. On my last visit they told me they couldn't wash my truck unless I was a member or paid for a new membership. I left without the wash. Pretty pathetic using the pandemic to try and sell new memberships. read more

I am very disappointed that Firehouse Car Wash is not in the area. The company that replaced them, Mister Car Wash, is very inferior. The employees have been courteous, but the quality of the wash is sub-standard, in my opinion. The prewash is lacking and the rest of the wash isn't much better. I had mud on my running boards and there was still mud on the running boards when I exited the wash area. I miss the people that would towel dry my car. They always did such a good job that I would tip them. No one towel dries your car at Mr. Car Wash. I didn't always take them, but the litter bag and dash wipe were a nice touch. When I use up my coupons, I'll be looking for another place to wash my car. read more

It's a car wash. Not too much can go wrong. They washed my car, but it wasn't dry at the end. They also didn't give a towel and trash bag. Staff is nice. Some of their staff wasn't wearing hearing protection - worried about their ears. read more

I visited the Mister Car Wash on Gandy Bvld in Tampa today the 12th of October 2020 and had my Samsung Galaxy S10+ stolen out of my vehicle when it was being cleaned. I didn't think to remove it since I trusted that their employees would not resort to stealing from customers in plain sight. I approached a number of attendants but received no assistance. I regret not calling the police and filing a report. I sent an email to management via their website but have not received any response. I highly warn anyone to avoid this business due to their illegal and shameful practice. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a great deal of heartache and find a better car wash service provider. read more

First time going there,I left and my car was not even close to being dry, so I had to get out of my car and hand dry it myself. No trash bag and no dash wipe. Went there again today and same thing. Your honestly better off just washing your car yourself. read more
