So I'm moving up and I realized I'm WAY too close to the other car but there was nothing I could do. I thought I heard a bump and then everything stopped. Hear a knock at the window and am expecting some bad news, but it's their car wash, it would be THEIR fault. Kid asks me to take my foot off the brake and if I put it into neutral. I'm looking and pointing to my foot on the car floor and the shifter, all where they're supposed to be! He claim my car was seven feet ahead of the roller that moves it...I was like, ISN'T IT YOUR JOB TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING'S FINE OUTSIDE? I did my part on my end! He just goes away, I roll the window up, soap all over me, move through just fine, get out, go to the vacuum station...vacuums don't even work. What a joke, should have read the awful reviews. The prices for the washes are pretty good as well. You can pay by wash or get the membership. I have been debating on the membership. So I called first thing in the morning to see what the text was for it, and it was to go through again and let them know the issue, so I returned to the same location had the car re-washed. The back is a little cleaner, but still dirty. Seriously!? Do I need to buy a membership so that I can just drive in circles and go through the car wash multiple times every time I need it washed to make sure it's clean? I figure at this rate, it should take maybe four trip trips to the car wash before my car is truly clean.

They reviewed the claim and said there was no way they did it. I asked to see the camera footage they used to assess the claim and the general manager, Denielle, said she wouldn't show it to me and I would need a warrant or subpoena in order to see it. I said if the scratch was there when I pulled in then showing me the camera footage would prove that they didn't do it, if they didn't, and she still said she wouldn't show it to me.
