First of all, most of these reviews are out of date. I live close to the one on Commercial so I go whenever I have a few minutes to spare. I pay $35/mo. for their best wash. I never have problems with people trying to sell me a new package, or lanes closed, or whatever. The cleaning is fine. There are no scratches on my car. The vacuum cleaners work great. The employees are friendly and doing a job I would never do. Now two more car washes are being built within a mile south on RT19. There is a fairly new on at Mariner and Cortez. There is another one within a mile on Cortez toward Brooksville. Do we really need all these car washes? It's fine with me as long as they don't put MisterCarWash out of business. read more

The wash at 4330 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL location constantly stops the wash drive line to talk with everyone about upgrading their service. This forces everyone to wait while they try and upsell everyone ahead of you in the drive thru. I've been stopped and asked repeatedly as everyone else about their "Platinum" wash plan. Why do I have to wait several minutes while they STOP THE WASH and talk with each and every car about upgrading? Then I was informed in an email that my "Titanium" package will be going up in price. REALLY?! Are you this greedy that you make me wait for my PRE-PAID service while your staff members try upgrading people ahead of me and then you tell me my current service is also going up in price! Out in the suburbs with a dirty car. I used to have a membership so I went to 'Mister.' First strike, they had one of the lanes closed. I went to the member lane even though I'm no longer a member. Some guy ran over and attempted to get involved while I was at the kiosk. By get involved I mean he probably wanted to upsell me or something. Then he gave me an odd look when I told him I was all set. The wash was okay but afterward it wasn't ideal. No towels. No place to hang your mats. Not horrible but also not ideal. And for what I received it wasn't a good value either. It would be nice to get a very basic wash for 5 or 6 bucks. Or maybe 7 or 8. Ten bucks is a lot for bare minimum plus vacuuming, in my opinion. It was a very overcast day. Rain was in the forecast. Maybe they purposely didn't fully set up. But they fully charged me. I'll stick to it he Misters in the city, I guess. read more

Highly disappointed shows the price was $22 for a car wash how to use card because they no longer take cash so I had to pay a little over $23. The guy that put the card into the machine asked if I wanted to tip them car wash was subpar didn't get all the bugs off. It smelled OK but they only had the vacuums to use if I wanted to use a rag to get the water off my car that they're dryer missed, then I had to pay in their vending machine they do not offer rags or car detailing like they used to 10 out of 10 will not go back again. read more

Went to Mr Car Wash yesterday. We had been traveling for 8 week and our car was filthy. Since it was our first time there we decided to do the basic $7 wash. It was FANTASTIC!! Our car looked great. And the free vacuums are an added bonus. A big thumbs up. read more

My son went to Mr. Car Wash in Spring Hill, FL last Monday, 2/21/22. Before he went in, the attendant walked around the car and inspected it. My son was then "waved in" by the attendant. Upon exiting, my son's antenna was bent in half and the metal on the passenger side that holds in the winshield was bent and clearly "tugged" out of place by the machine. We called to place a claim and were told we'd be called by Jonathan in 24 hours, no call. Called again and Pat said to come in so they could take pictures. We went in when Pat told us to and he wasn't there so another guy took the pictures. A week later we still hadn't heard anything so I called again and got voicemail so I called the corporate office. I received a call back from Jonathon who said that "Mr. Carwash is not responsible" because my son had something on his antenna (an ornemant). I queried why the attendant wouldn't say anything and was told that "they don't have time to circle the car to identify potential problems". Basically we are out a LOT of money for their poor customer service. BEWARE!! read more

On May 12, 2019 ran our super clean 93 Crown Vic thru this recently refurbished and renamed car wash on Rt19 in Spring Hill. Had been thru the original carwash with this same car 12x per year or more with no issues for years. So on this day ordered the best wash/wax and the new washing parts actually ripped the passenger side mirror up off the car and left it hanging from the control cord. So I reported it. Requested a refund on the carwash which the manager gave me and she took pix of the damage and recorded car VIN and wrote up a report promising they would replace the mirror. So I stopped in two months later and the report was still on file but no mirror. Mind you I looked it up and this mirror only costs $44 online. So it is now Aug 23rd and no mirror. I won't go back there again. I was willing to perform the labor and paint to match but they never got me a mirror. Boo hiss. I would never take a new car thru there. Worst mister car wash I have been to. They do not clean bugs from windshield or car front and mirrors. The brushes don't all touch the car, no one does a quick dry at end of wash, no shade in vacuum area and no cover for it. No car mat machine to use. This is first and last at this business, the one in Clermont is 10xs better you get a real wash. read more

Truly the best car wash in Pasco and Hernando without a doubt. You can get the $18 Platinum wash Unlimited for $29.99 a month and it is truly Unlimited as the people at the pay stations will tell you, I currently have the $29.99 Platinum Car Wash Membership and my truck is shinier than ever everyday, the Hot Shine Wax here is unbelievable and another amazing part is that you get free vacuums with any and every car wash and the employees here have always been great to me. We would like to give a GREAT review for a few employees at this establishment. We bring BOTH of our cars here every weekend. Once a month we get the Platinum wash. Sasha is always cheerful and helpful. James and Joe both are very friendly and go out of their way. However after a year of coming to this location from a neighboring county, we ran into Danny, who is in charge of this location, he is a very angry individual. Very condescending. What we thought was a problem with lines on the door turned out to be lines of wax, that was not a problem at all, they wiped off, but talking to him prior to wiping them off was nothing but an argument, which is something he should know as a manager. We are hoping to not to run into Danny again at the Spring Hill location. If we do we will be taking our business to the new Arland Car Wash that is closer and in our county.
