This occurred on the Interior and exterior because two different people had different work ethics and there was no quality control inspection before turning it over to the customer. After being a loyal customer of Land O' Lakes, they broke my rearview mirror, and it was an accident. After gluing the plate backwards and repeatedly trying to get it off. With no sucess They started to give me the run around as to where to go to get it fixed. They had me call my insurance company, and they said there's no claim because the windshield was not broken. The car wash sent me to Safelite, to no avail. Now the manager, Chris, takes my information and says he will give it to the owner, Mr. Cannon. I'm still waiting for him to call me. Still waiting! They did a good job and when my magnets for fell off they give them right back to me. I only needed the exterior car wash, but if you want a lot more inside now you can spend much more money and I'm sure they'll do a great job. I have a black car now in the pictures you can see it Saturn, Vue SUV. It's black, so you gotta wash it a little more often. I highly recommend this car one. I worked for This car wash for about a week and a half. I was told id work 8-4 which sounded nice until I was told I had to "wait to clock in" until 10 am on 2 occasions so not only was it undisclosed before showing up but extremely slow an unprofessiona. I got the job with my friend who is a person of color, by his 3 day he had employees calling him racial slurs as well as others calling him retarded for taking his to make the cars are done right. Service requested was the most expensive one on the board. The price charged was more than listed on the board. They stated as it was extra money because it was a midsize car. The quality of the exterior wash was poor. Area around the wheels done on one side but the other one was totally White. Job not complete. Rear glass has watermarks running down it. All weather mats not wiped off and dirty. Door panels not wiped. Center cup holder not wiped out. The steering wheel was not wiped down . Dash and radio all smudged and not wiped. Sand was left around the rubber on the door at the bottom after being pointed out twice it remained undone so I grabbed the vacuum and vacuumed it out myself the passenger side was the same this was no more than a 15-second job. The manager walked up and told me he couldn't allow me to touch the vacuum hose I then stated I had asked twice for it to be cleaned at which point he got very belligerent with me the customer! After I left I went directly to O'Reilly's and purchased cleaning wipes to clean the areas left undone. I called back and ask twice for the manager's name and neither time could I understand the answer and then was told that they had another call coming in and had to hang up. I hope this review is seen by ownership or corporate. As I don't know the manager's name because I couldn't understand it in the telephone conversation my thought would be that this person has had more than one complaint about him if it's nepotism I understand but please send this man to sensitivity training for the good of the company and train the job finishers better. The unfinished and poor quality and the overcharge leaves me no option but to withdraw my payment on my charge card I am nearly 70 years old and have never done this before. They scratched my hood of my vehicle with the abrasive scrubber they use prior to it going through the car wash. The manager, Chris, said that he was the owner. Also said that it is normal to get scratches on a vehicle when you go through the car wash. So he was sayingit'ss okay to damage your car. By default I'd say this is the best car wash in our area. There are some brand new car washes that recently opened up in Brooksville. But they are not full service, the customer has to vacuum the car's interior and do the inside window cleaning, if desired. This is not always a good choice for us, especially if we are dressed nice and heading out to an event. I will say that when I leave Family Car Wash my vehicles always look spectacular! But, it's only after I've had to point out issues. I do a complete walk-around to inspect my vehicle and I almost always find something that needs further attention. Yesterday, as the young guy was walking around the car with me, I found big bug smears remaining on the front bumper. There were also 'cloudy' areas where the dirt/grime had not been completely removed. Same holds true on the trunk by the license plate and around the trunk lid edge. These should have been cleaned properly and thoroughly before my inspection. And this is the most common issue I see, it happens all the time. I really appreciate the friendly staff, they are eager and hard workers. The waiting area is very comfortable and well stocked with refreshments and other service offers. What would I recommend to management? Keep doing what you do well, but pay attention to the 'end product'. Clearly, if the customer's vehicle is not fully clean as you are turning it over to them, something is wrong! This was my first time here and really wasn't sure what to expect. When I pulled up I was helped right away and the guy was helpful in explaining the process. I picked the works wash and was then asked to wait in the lobby while they work on the car. The lobby was very comfortable and I could see them working on my car almost the whole time. Well today was it I go to get the $20 wash and lady says its $5 extra to do the bug cleaning, really this is the reason you come to a car wash to clean the car and that means the bugs as well. Had a 80 dollar coupon for interior detailing. When I arrived to car wash I was told I'd need to pay another 35.00 due to need for dog hair removal. I've vacuumed the car many times and removal of the hair takes time. But another 35 dollars seemed excessive. I was then told they would wash it for 10 dollars. So I thought the car wash cost would make up for the extra cost. So I agreed to the cost. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. When I returned to pick my car up. I had to wait an addition hour, 3 hours. When they brought the car around for me I payed. Then I found they hadn't washed the exterior of the car. They didn't clean the underside of the mats. Three obvious areas that needed shampooed, two on the floor and another on the side of the seat weren't touched, The most disheartening thing I found was two wholes in my cars upholstery. When I observed the first. I was told by the tech, that's normal wear and tear. To that, I told him the car was less then two years old. It was used by one person to go back and forth to work in. Where the tear was this tech kept running his figure back and forth on it saying that's normal. Repeatedly 4-5 times to the point I told him to leave it alone before he made it worse. The worse tear in the upholstery I didn't see until the got home. It's on the corner if the fold down seat. The tear is about eight inches long. It was caused by someone using too much pressure while using a hard plastic tool. These guys don't give a shit what kind of product they put out. They are not professionals, my neighbor would have done a better job. I'm sorry I ever trusted them with my property. Sadly this it is too often seen, poor quality workmanship and careless work ethics. read more

I took my fiancé's car in to get the windows tinted and upon arrival I was surprised by how big and nice the outside looked. I posted on a local site looking for recommendations and the owner Ken sent me a detailed message including pictures right away which impressed me! Upon walking in, we couldn't help but notice the beautiful lobby and friendly front desk person. Within minutes Dennis (the tint specialist) came right inside and spoke with us in depth about our options and pricing. Just a few minutes after that the owner Ken was there and he was such a pleasure to speak to! The price and wait time were right on point and throughout the whole time Ken (a very busy and hands on owner), kept keeping us up to speed on what was going on and just being a heck of a nice guy. Our antenna was broken on our car previously and they even fixed it up the best they could free of charge! How super nice! I saw the owner and another manager looking the car over with fine detail before it came back to us. Once our car was finished I was so blown away with how nice it looked immediately.
