We sold our condo in Palatine since we have been relocating to Houston area. Sold my condo through Mister Homes. Matt is very quick to respond to emails and calls. The initial impression and the presentation were handled very professionally and were not forced or pushy. We liked and appreciated that a lot. He was also very prompt to notify us of the offers and walked us through a very helpful app he uses for appointments. I actually wanted to use him in the future if need be and we would be in the area again. This changed towards the end of the process. The photos were decent, not as staged and shot with a wide lens with a virtual tour like my previous condo in Denver realtor did but it was ok. One more thing that really bothered me (why I couldn't give five star review) is that Matt insisted on leaving all the shelving units, including some costly IKEA shelving units and of course all appliances, even washing machine and dryer included into contract. All the condos I ever purchased come with nothing inside. So I ended up spending a lot at the new place. I feel like he forced our hand. Overall, he is a very polite and professional realtor. As a courtesy, he even sent us copies of closing documents for tax records at the end of the year, Would do business with him again. read more
