This is the second property of ours that Karen and Alan have handled. We will try to make this five-star review simple in mentioning what makes the Danenberg's so unique. First, they provided us with options. They wanted us to be listed on the MLS, but instead of being listed in the public domain, we were placed under private listings. Second was pricing. They provided an analysis and suggested a selling price that they determined would be fair to not only the seller but also to the buyer. The third was the showcase. Before we showed the condominium they reviewed and made suggestions on simplifying the presentation and accentuating the beauty of the condo. The fourth was the actual showings. In the first two days we had seven showings and an accepted an offer the next day. Finally, there was great communication. From the offer to the inspection, we did not have to worry about the interaction amongst the buyer; their lawyer; and our lawyer. Wow...What a team! After meeting with several Realtors to help us in our downsizing plan i decided to go with the Danenberg Group. What separated them from the rest was their upfront, very detailed and professional presentation on the market analysis and price range that we could potentially sell our home.
