The wait staff is helpful but not fully engaged. I surveyed the selection and seem to migrate toward the pistachio gelato in Spain. A single scoop of pistachio was ordered and I quickly jumped into analysis mood. The flavor was cool but not cold. My scoop was melting as soon as she handed it to me. The flavor was fine but not great. I don't mind trying pistachio gelatos but this was not my favorite. Eccolo gelato has a nice venue, clean environment and hopefully a more flavorful and colder product.

I've tried their oolong milk tea and their strawberry cheese foam drink. I've also had samples of the egg puff waffles. The oolong milk tea is decent for Madrid standards. It gets the job done and I think the only one on par with it is ZenZoo's. However, I think Eggofre specializes more on its slushes and desserts. Their strawberry cheese foam drink is a bit like Happy Lemon's, but less salty. It's thick and I prefer drinking it by taking off the lid and sipping so I get a combination of both cheese and slush. The strawberry flavor is so refreshing. At 6 euros, the drink itself is quite expensive, but I saw that they have a deal that's 8 euros for a strawberry cheese foam drink AND a strawberry egg puff waffle. As for the waffle, I think it's quite light and perfectly textured! It's great to share and there's so many customization options. I've had waffles elsewhere that had flat textures, but this one is squishy and holds the ingredients together well. Cheese foam and egg puff waffles are definitely a niche treat for Madrid. I recommend it!
