The research team did a good job compiling the background details of the house and comp analysis. Figure something out ! Their California agent Christina Felix is very unprofessional and only thing she did was stressing out the costumer , when we sign the contract she was very pushy and didn't explain clear enough. We agreed the seller stay in the property with 3 week rent back, but agent told them it's free without being clear to us , which on the contract shows as blank , which does not mean $0- and she later claims something on the contract says " licensed fee $0" means rent back free. They are using undirected term to trick people who doesn't understand the actual meanings. After we complain to the Flyhomes , they said they can't cover our loss, and not responsible for the mistake, and they start asking us if we want to back out the offer ( that way they can take our earnest money and buy the house , resale it, then make profit out of it ) we are beyond annoyed and very frustrated because we are in the middle of buying this house , we love the property, but Flyhome is just very unprofessional, and has no idea what they are doing, miscommunication with lender ,buyer , seller , ..etc . I have worked directly with Steve McCaskey and Kevin Reese, and unfortunately, I have experienced repeated problems with their service, communication, and billing. For my own property, I originally paid approximately $6,000+ for survey work in 2021, later another $800-$900 to have the property corners marked again, and recently approximately $250 for a utility-related update. Now I asked them to update their existing 2021 survey to reflect revised grading and new walls. I provided photographs as requested. After waiting approximately two weeks for a response, I received another proposal for approximately $2,900, and their agreement states that this is only an estimate and the final cost could be higher. They also included reviewing a title report that I provided. The easements and recorded information in that report are not new; they existed at the time of or before the original survey. I provided the report so they could verify their previous survey and confirm that the applicable easements were properly shown. After approximately 2-3 projects with this company, I expected much better treatment of a long-term repeat customer. Unfortunately, my experience has been that nearly every project has involved some type of issue, whether related to communication, delays, coordination, or additional charges. I have asked Encompass to explain exactly how they calculated this new $2,900 estimate and what new work actually justifies the cost. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Encompass Engineering & Surveying. Anyone considering using them should request a very detailed written scope, hourly breakdown, and not-to-exceed price before signing an agreement.

Bob thought it appropriate not to call me to tell me his plans to remove limbs from a huge tree in my yard. I totally get the legality (potentially) but the fact that this person thought not communicating was appropriate is beyond me. He's been in the market for years and yet thought this was the right way to do business. Strange that he made snap decisions like this and could have gone to the HOA to get a phone number; or leave a note asking me to call or knocked more than once 2 months ago. Totally unnacceptable behavior and to anyone who is thinking of using him, I'd watch out. You may be next door to one of his rentals and get blindsided as well. Terrible!

We started looking in November 2006 and on 21st December we moved in. First time buying ANYWHERE is a scary thing, since it involves such a large amount of money. Coldwell managed to put us at ease and explained everything to us clearly. They explained terms which were totally unfamiliar to us, such as "earnest money", they also gave us their experience of how long wiring money internationally takes etc. Our agent was Jenny Hill, she was recommended by a colleague. On meeting her for the first time, she had got together a nice folder with all areas that were of interest to us - it was very well organized! She was quite informative, but I have no idea how these agents should be like. I managed to see about 30 houses in total and narrowed it down to one. Jenny was always available to us and took our calls even at 21:00 (09:00pm) on Friday/Saturday night, when negotiations were in place. The negotiations went smoothly and we delayed moving in because we had none of our furniture - all of it was currently in a sea container somewhere. It arrived on the 22nd December, so for the first night we had JUST a bean bag, duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels!
