First the company moved Mike the maintenance guy to Bristol from here in Piney Flats. Then they moved Caleb to Bristol. Stephanie was moved to Piney Flats from Bristol. All this constant moving employees around shows that the main company is clueless on how to manage the business. The ad for 2 maintenance positions for Piney Flats has been posted for 2 months and hasn't filled either position. Mitch Cox price gouges all of the tenants in all of his properties. I lived in a rental in Raleigh NC and when I was getting ready to leave, the manager told me if I wanted to move to a sister property they would transfer my Security deposit from their property to the next one. Here a tenant is charged per property and even per unit. If I wanted to move to a unit within the community I am living in, I would have to go through a Credit Check and all new deposits. This is the most ridiculous way of managing a business. The UDCTN don't benefit much it is Mitch Cox who does. In my opinion they do not structure the rental rates fairly. One person pays the same monthly rate as a family of 2 or more. So, the one person gets to pay for the ones with the 2 or more water usage. When I moved here I wasn't terribly impressed with the floor plan, the outside of the buildings are all battered and falling apart. Mitch, you need to spend some of our rental money on upkeeping the properties.
