What I thought was strange at first was that awork order was not filled out, they didn't even ask my name. After a 15 minute wait, my truck was taken into the shop. Another 20 minutes go by, still no work order, I thought to myself small town they do things different. My truck is pulled out of the shop. I was asked if I was paying cash. I acknowledged I was, the owner informed me that there nothing wrong with my tire and the rotation was done, my bill was $60.00 even. I asked for a receipt, he acted annoyed and said my bill would be more because he have to charge me shop supplies and tax. I left but checked my tire monitor, the tire that was low on right front should have been moved to the rear but the tire was still on right front and now at 45 psi in order to turn the tire light off. The other tires are at 32 psi. My tires are new never had been rotated but when I had the tires mount ed when purchased I had them placed on the truck per the weight it took to balance them. I checked their location, never rotated. I could not go back because I have no work order or receipt, rookie mistake! I hope this helps

My car was making a squeaking noise that I had thought was a suspension issue due to the accident I was in over a year ago. My service advisor was very kind but the experience was awful. The vehicle was not diagnosed until the end of the day on Nov, 6th. It needed brake pads, and it was going to be a full week until they got the brake pads on either Wednesday, November 12th, or Thursday, the 13th. I don't understand why it would take a whole week for the dealer to get brake pads. You would think the suppliers would be able to get them there faster. They also do not offer loaner cars anymore so your stuck without a ride just waiting on the part unless you want to drive all the way back to pick up the car until the part arrives. The part did not come in until Thursday the 13th and my service advisor called me to let me know the technician had accidently ordered 2 sets of rear brake pads instead of one set for both front and rear. Not a big deal, I understand people make mistakes, but now I'm stuck even longer without a car. Was told they overnighted the front pads and it would be done Monday November 17th for sure. Keep in mind they should've went ahead and done the rear brakes so all that would be left is the front when the front pads came in. I called at the end of the day on Monday, November 17th (around 5pm as service dept. closes at 5:30) and they said it looks like it wasn't quite ready. That is insane. All my car was brought in for was brake pads and to check my 12v battery. The next day, I spoke with the service manager, and while he was nice, all I kept getting was I'm sorry and I understand. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation. No loaner, no rental car reimbursement, no coupon for like a silly tire change or something. Shouldn't have taken a week to get brake pads when AutoZone down the road has them in stock. I also shouldn't have to be left without a car an additional 4 days because the wrong part was ordered. I wouldn't be upset if a loaner or rental car reimbursement was offered, but nothing. He said it will definitely be done today, on Tuesday, November 18th. While the car was ready at the very end of the day on the 18th, it shouldn't have taken that long. Apparently, they didn't even start the rear brakes until that day. It would've been ready sooner if that had already been done and should've been done when that part came in. I have no issues with the service itself but if I am paying $622 for brake pads (front and rear) at the dealer, I expect better service. Especially when I can buy the parts for $90 at AutoZone instead of the $199 charged for parts and get them installed cheaper at Mavis. Never had to wait this long for brakes on the GMC, or the Mercedes I had. Taking 2 whole weeks just to replace brake pads is actually insane, and I am thoroughly upset that nothing was done to rectify the situation as a customer.

Good ford dealership. Warren was great!…read more Outran a hurricane and 1 mile into the run when my truck threw a check engine light. Smelled exhaust in the cab, popped the hood and could see exhaust coming from the metal EGR tubes. Made it to Georgia and away from the hurricane. Dropped the truck at flint river ford in Camilla GA. They took me back to ny fifth wheel rv and they fixed a bunch of recalls on the truck and ended up replacing a bunch of parts with the EGR tubes (bolts broke in the cooler). Got the truck back about a week later (flint river delivered it to me) and I really needed to get back to south Florida so I cleared the check engine light at an advanced auto and it said something about a vacuum tube error but the truck was running so we pushed it and got back to south Florida. I Ended up taking it to another different dealership here in south Florida and they charged $980.00 to replace the vacuum tube etc and also gave the vacuum tube to me. The Florida dealership knew about all the stuff that had just got replaced and clearly one of the flint river mechanics had accidentally pinched the vacuum tube so I called Warren at flint river and he was very understanding and ended up paying $581.00 of the $980.00. The Florida ford dealership labor rates are a lot more than flint river so Warren said he could only cover so much of the repair bill. Ultimately Warren and flint river did a lot of work for my truck and got it all under warranty besides that vacuum tube issue with the 2nd dealership so that was really nice of them and one of the best dealerships I've worked with. Most dealerships make you wait weeks and would never own up to a mistake so that's a win for flint river in my book.

It was considerably more expensive at 160 dollars total, but I can't say it wasn't worth it. I had just moved across the country and the car was quite dirty inside and out. My car looks fantastic! The gentleman who detailed my car was polite and pleasant. I'm only giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because of the booking process. I texted the number on their website and it took a bit of back and forth to get their availability. When I selected a time, they didn't actually confirm I had made the booking, so I had to follow up. And on the day of the detail, they told me they were running at least an hour behind, which conflicted with my schedule. I was able to rebook for that afternoon. Once they get the process more streamline and reliable, they're an easy 5 stars.
