Initial cost was $5000 - which had to be paid out of pocket, up front, and probably was a red flag we ignored. Got hit with another $2000 court fee that I don't remember hearing about, for a total cost of $7000 to file the 6-8 documents that the court required. At nearly $1000 per page of information - which we had to already provide, seems a steep cost for their efforts. Not only was this was a lengthy (over 18 month) and expensive endeavor dealing with the additional legal issues was very draining.

David Bever will nickel and dime you for every little thing that most lawyers don't and when you get the bill you cant figure out what the hell he did that was so costly.
