MPA always comes through when chain shops just don't care enough to deal with unique problems or modified vehicles. Mitchell's was the only one to actually align and adjust my jeep after two chain shops told me it wasn't possible because their automated system said so. They also helped me balance out a tricky set of tires. They then went the extra mile to test drive it twice and attempt to locate the cause of the vibration they were still feeling, all because they were invested in solving my issue. Great shop ! I'm traveling through to salt lake for a ski trip and an alignment shop in CA dropped the ball before my big trip . I scheduled this appt on Monday and was able to get in today at 10 ( Thursday ) i called this am and will was super helpful to get me in 20 mins earlier . Jake listened to my concerns ( jeep JL on 37's with a lift ) walked me through what he thought was best . Test drove the car twice to make sure it was good and rotated the tire to try to help stop a pull from my toyos . I felt like this shop went above and beyond to make sure i was on the road safely . I brought my Toyota Sienna in for an alignment after purchasing new tires and Mitchells called me back and told me that I didn't need an alignment. They charged me for a half an hour of labor. We had our van involved in an off road incident. We were on our way home to CA, and tires were thumping and out of alignment. After going to tire shops, alignment shops, commercial tire shops I found Mitchell's Precision Alignment. He had a full schedule and no room or time to repair our Sprinter Van. He worked after closing, and saved us thousands by straightening the rear axel (other shops would have sold/installed a replacement as they couldn't straighten it) and restoring the front wheels' alignment. He is our hero. His business handles RVs, trucks, 10 wheelers, and big vans. read more

I just had new tires put on my 40 foot diesel pusher and wanted to protect my investment with an alignment. In addition, I had recently installed a Sate T Steer. Mitchell's performed the alignment and adjusted the Safe T Steer for a very reasonable price. Many shops "see you coming" when you arrive with a large motorhome and somehow the price always double or triples. Not at Michell's... fair price, good quality work and friendly service. read more

I made a appointment to have my 2019 RAM 3500 Dually aligned today at 1:00pm, a week ago.I headed out to drop it off around 12:40 pm and thought I knew where I needed to go, but it turned out I had made a mistake on where the business was. I asked the guy at the wrong shop if he knew where Mitchells was located, and I left and ended up not being able to find Mitchells. So I called Mitchells at around 1:10pm and told Tina that I was having a problem locating them, and let her know I had a 1:00pm appointment. She gave me directions and I arrived at the shop at about 1:20pm. When I talked to Tina she told me that since I was more than 15 minutes late I would have to reschedule my appointment. I asked when she could schedule me and she said next monday (A week away). I said no thanks and left. It seemed they didn't want my business since there was only one truck in the garage, and no one was working on it that I could see. They may be good at alignments, I'll never know. But they are poor at customer service, in my opinion.Just make sure you aren't late more than 15 minutes. read more
