The owner then came to my home, knocked aggressively, compared draining waste water into my yard to rain, referred to his employees as "kids," and told both me and a neighbor to "get a life." His tone was combative and inappropriate. While I did not hire this company and cannot speak to the quality of their plumbing work, the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional.
