They refuse to believe half of it until WE have to physically show them the issues. And now my warranty has ran out, they had it for approximately 1/2 of it, and it has a huge oil leak in the rear main engine seal and no shop in my area will touch it due to location. Here was my original report: A 10% charge to run credit cards and I have yet to talk to somebody he has returned the deposit to. (Count off that $150) There are plenty of other options in the area, avoid this man and this company. I go to the county and the city on Monday. CURRENT UPDATE: Now, a few weeks late, I did get a call from the corporate office telling me they returned the deposit (check is in the mail). The gentleman tells me the office had actually done so before he spoke to them, on their own initiative. If I give them the benefit of the doubt, and I feel I can, I will receive it back in a few days. Since I cannot speak for any other person claiming he does not return the deposits I will consider doing business from here again; however, I have used Enterprise 5 times in the month since I returned the van to this place and have not had one issue with them. My advise? Approach with caution; he is the cheapest rental in town, but pay with cash. However, on day 21 you better call and find out where your deposit is and stay on top of it. If the true reason for my deposit was an office oversight, they seem to be a little disorganized.

The mechanics…read moreare without a doubt the most incompetent and questionable people that I have ever made the mistake of letting touch my truck. I have always done the maintenance on my truck myself but a few months back my oil was due for a change and my wife and I had to make an unexpected trip to Pittsburgh for a family emergency. So I went against my personal code and decided to go to a garage and unfortunately "George's Tune Up" was the only place that could get my in the next morning. When I arrived I should have known not to turn my truck over to them but as I said we had to be in Pittsburgh that day and I did not have time to do it myself. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m., I arrived at 7:45 Andy the owner (I'm assuming) showed up at 8:20. He was driving the same type of truck as mine (which was in rough shape) and when he got out without so much as a "hello" he pointed and said "I'll give you $50 dollars for your wheels and rear bumper". It was at this point that I could tell that he was high. His eyes were blood red, he was slurring his speech, and he smelled of marijuana from 10 feet away. Again I knew that I shouldn't turn my truck over to this guy but as I said I had to be in Pittsburgh that day and the clock was ticking. I thought "well the comment about the wheels and bumper must have been a joke" (it wasn't, by the way), and he obviously partook in taking illegal controlled substances, but I pushed my worries aside thinking maybe he I said just a manager or supervisor and that he doesn't actually work on the vehicles. (He does I found out) Anyway to make a long, and very agrivating story short I took the truck to Pittsburgh and back but I noticed I that it was running a little hot. So when i got home I checked it out and it was at that point that's I found power steering fluid in my radiator. This ignoramous was actually so out of it that while topping off my fluid levels he added power steering fluid into my radiator expansion tank. It still has me outraged and as I said this happened several months ago and it's taken me this long to write a review because,frankly it took this long to calm down from the whole experience just to keep a level head while writing this review. So to sum this all up don't ever go to George's Tune Up the best thing to do is handle the maintenance yourself if you have the time and know how. If you can't I would strongly recommend taking a short drive out Baltimore Pike in Cumberland, MD to Twiggs automotive they're really the only mechanics in the tri-state area that can be trusted not only to charge a fair price but to also complete the job correctly with no worries of mistakes, such as adding power steering fluid to the radiator. I hope this's review helps to save someone from the same headache I got as a result of using George's Tune Up. Thank you.
