Here was my original report: A 10% charge to run credit cards and I have yet to talk to somebody he has returned the deposit to. (Count off that $150) There are plenty of other options in the area, avoid this man and this company. I go to the county and the city on Monday. CURRENT UPDATE: Now, a few weeks late, I did get a call from the corporate office telling me they returned the deposit (check is in the mail). The gentleman tells me the office had actually done so before he spoke to them, on their own initiative. If I give them the benefit of the doubt, and I feel I can, I will receive it back in a few days. Since I cannot speak for any other person claiming he does not return the deposits I will consider doing business from here again; however, I have used Enterprise 5 times in the month since I returned the van to this place and have not had one issue with them. My advise? Approach with caution; he is the cheapest rental in town, but pay with cash. However, on day 21 you better call and find out where your deposit is and stay on top of it. If the true reason for my deposit was an office oversight, they seem to be a little disorganized.

But the best part was while on hold with them on the phone, I heard the service personnel trash talking customers. It was disturbing to hear customers being talked about in this manner. It was totally unacceptable and disrespectful since paying customers is what keeps them in business. People in this area work very hard and deserve better than being gossiped about in the breakroom. The first time involved a recall issue for the seatbelts, so there was no charge for the service. Nothing was found in regards to my other concerns, because I was told they would need to look at them later even though all of my concerns were listed when the appointment was scheduled. Took it back in for the second time today to have the recall work finished and for them to run diagnostics on the code. After charging us for the diagnostic service, which only showed an old code, we were told that is all they could do for us. And, to bring it back in when it happened again...?!? Really, I am to drive around with a possible faulty airbag??? HORRIBLE customer service. This place is only looking for your money, as we were told that they would have to run diagnostics again when it happened and that we would have to pay for the fee again?! How about charge me once until you figure out the issue?! Supposedly, it is safe to drive, assuming it starts. I won't return to this dealership.
