It's a little strange, but it definitely makes it worthwhile to take your time and hunt for those hidden gems. The staff was friendly and helpful, and overall the store was very well maintained. The only downside was that some of the pricing/promotion signage was missing, which made the color-of-the-week pricing a little confusing. It's such a shame because people drop off, hoping their items can help generate money for a community organization that helps so many. It's not very good. Stewardship of people's donated property to let it get trashed and broken and spread out. It's hazardous and a community health issue. I have seen people rummaging through bags left on the donation deck at night and just obliterating mess left for volunteers on Monday. And there's no cleanup in the parking lot! They need to be gated and closed off after hours

The employees who staff the intake area are just delightful, helping carry items to the donation area in the rear of the store from your car to the holding bins. I do a Swedish Death Cleansing about every 4 months, so I always have items piling up in the back seat of my car, waiting to go. Also, pro tip: if you're lucky to lose a little weight and your clothes are looser than normal, clean 'em up and donate! It makes it less likely that you'll creep back into that bigger size if they're gone and someone else is looking good! Inside, the store is bright, staffed well, the items are out to sell and if you don't see what you want today, go back tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow. New things are always to be found. And you'll feel pretty good for supporting a charity that actually benefits people in our local community.
