I love this place... 1.It has loads and loads of great, interesting, basic everyday and multi-culutral decor and inventory. 2. Everyone there was sweet. 3. I saw a cute guy in there 4. i saw a cute dog in there, riding in his owner's shopping cart. 5. It has access to 2 big city parking lots to its left and behind the building... What more can a girl want?? Oh, wait besides the vintage saks fifth avenue purple polka dot shirt that ill be rocking this spring/summer for 5$?!?! Reasons to dislike this place: 0

I like this goodwill. You have to be in the right mindset for it... this one is nice for blazers, and professional looking tops.

Prices for most of their items fit in the $15-$30 range. I thought the customer service was fine, helpful and nice, even. The only thing that perplexed me was the fact that a lot of the shirts in their femme section were altered into crop tops and I'm someone who would rather make that decision myself. Overall, the foot traffic was bumpin, it would be fun if Thrive hosted events in the space.

Everything is individually marked with prices. I saw that a piece wasn't marked, and I made them aware of it saying that they might want to add a price. I was trying to help them (someone could steal it since it didn't have a tag, they could claim it to be their own). I walk away and hear one guy say to the other "that kid was really obsessed with this not having a price on it." It doesn't sound so bad in writing but his inflection is noteworthy. Their clothing is overall way overpriced. Half of the stock is lame and the prices they write for them are absolutely whack. I don't know where they get these prices. I know it's on Newbury but c'mon my guy, get real. If you like vintage clothing, go to the Garment District in between Central and Kendall Square, or go to Boomerangs/Buffalo Exchange!
