Apparently that information is not forwarded to the actual office but oh well. I waited about 45 minutes or so until I was brought back. I had to give a urine sample and then waited a very short amount of time to meet with doctor Kagan. The bedside manner was excellent. I felt heard and understood. Dr Kagan is phenomenal. Wish I had met her sooner. I definately recommend and will be returning. The only thing is I was charged a 50 copay but my insurance company confirmed with me my copay was zero dollars. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Dr. Martin Bolic…read more Recently, and within minutes of my seeing him, Dr. Bolic diagnosed my complaints and referred me for immediate treatment to the cardiologist and director of clinical research at St. Francis Hospital on Long Island. I went directly to the hospital. On arrival the cardiologist conducted his own diagnosis, agreed with Dr. Bolic, authorized immediate surgery and assured me, both at that time and repeatedly on subsequent occasions, that Dr. Bolic had provided "first class medical care". Surgery was conducted immediately and confirmed Dr. Bolic's diagnosis and conclusion that immediate surgical intervention had been essential. Thanks to this immediate surgical intervention which I received as a result of Dr. Bolic's prompt diagnosis and referral my condition was cured and I sustained no permanent damages or injury. I have no doubt that Dr. Bolic saved my life or, at the very least, saved me from a very significantly impaired life. Separately, I have been a patient of Dr. Bolic for some time. I have always found him patient, willing to listen and willing to explain and to continue to explain until I understand what he is telling me. Most important, for me, he is an exceptionally nice man.
