I have issues with my hands going numb during the night (no it's not carpal tunnel syndrome) so I went to see if she could help me. Since this was the first session she and I talked about me. She listened and asked questions about my lifestyle. Once she figured out what she needs to do the session started the session. Like I said stretching could be uncomfortable but no worries she know what she's doing. At the end of the session she showed me how to fix my posture while sitting in the car, walking around, and how to stretch at home.
