I asked to have them take it to a lexus dealership for them to do an inspection on (at my cost) and they refused. The car is a manual and I asked if the clutch was good and they replied it was. It actually was NOT and so bad that the flywheel had to be re-surfaced as well ($2K). it could have been worse as if the flywheel was bad it was $2400 for the flywheel part itself. I called me sales guy and wanted to know if they would help me out as they said the clutch was fine. He forwarded the concern to his manager Ray and that is were the story ends as Ray has NEVER called me back - 3 Voicemails and multiple text messages and not one call back. I think that tells the story of this dealership as they don't stand behind the product - they claim it was good and it was not so too bad too sad I guess. Well live and learn - I would never purchase from them again. UPDATE After not gIving up I got a hold of ray and asked him to help me with the $2K bill as I am sure they knew the clutch needed replacement. He agreed to $500 which was better then nothing. I would jussi make sure you do your due diligence and have a mechanic check it out.

!!DO NOT TRUST THEM!!…read more I found a car from them on Autotrader for delivery and fully trusted the salesmen when they told me I had nothing to worry about, even if I didn't "like it" I could return it within 15 days, but to not worry because I was going to "love this car". The car not only arrived with more miles then stated and trash in the car, it also came back from the inspection with a leaking transmission, leaking power steering and almost $3000 worth of front end work needed to stop it from shaking and pulling hard to the left when I brake. When I contacted them via text and certified mail for them to honor their return I was told I could have if the car came back with any defects, they ghosted me for 7 weeks until the Attorney General got involved, then their only option was to drive the car they sold me with a leaking transmission back to them the 300 miles away. Well, I now have a $10,000 paperweight sitting in my garage that I can't drive or get rid of, despite having a 15 day warranty and purchasing an extended warranty. I can not stress enough to avoid these people like the plague!!!

The day after we bought it the check engine light came on. Took the car to O Reilly to get the code read. The car dealer was informed the next day and assured my ex husband that they would order the part. Never heard from them again. This past Friday (May 30), the car started sounding terrible. The car was taken for an oil change, the oil was old and had metal shavings in it. Again called the dealer and got several stories. The "partner" bought the car and it was his fault. Then since we were past the 30 day warranty we would need to pay out of pocket for a new motor. Then we were basically told our kids drove it too rough. We have Life360 and get driving reports that show the speed driven, rapid acceleration and hard braking. Basically two teenagers were taken advantage of, and then blamed for a car becoming undrivable within 34 days of purchase which is disgusting behavior. If we want to pay more out of pocket to get a new engine we were told we could do that. I do not trust this dealership to fix this car. My ex husband offered to sell the car back to them (at a big loss to my kids), but the dealer doesn't do that, likely because it's junk.The car dealer gave my ex husband the runaround and several excuses. This is a good lesson to have a car checked out by a mechanic and my kids now know that car dealers can be very untrustworthy. A five thousand dollar lesson learned, and now we have a piece of junk car to dispose of. Believe the negative online reviews, the people we dealt with after the sale were definitely not the people who sold the car.
